I love that idea of a Miele washing machine having two filters that means that if one of them is clogged then at least one is working while the other is being cleaned.
My door doesn’t seem to have a way to open it? And there is no orange plastic thing either
Doesn't work for the Miele WPS 4144 which has a round flap, and very odd plastic key that has nowhere to fit. Appalling design flaw.
I have a round push door that I can’t open. Hopefully I won’t break it.
Actually I found another video. Inside the soap drawer is a plastic lever. All fine.
filter door will not open - no clip or handle to pull
shine a torch along the top of the square flap. there it a notch in there you can insert a knife and pull the flap open

This is the WORST DESIGN TO Clean
Why?
All washing machines have this design.
No, this is amazing, I have to remove 10 screws in the back of my Whirlpool duet washer and remove two hoses to clean out the filter, which faces forward. They didn't provide a user-friendly clean-out feature like Miele, that's why I'm now researching for other brands that do provide a filter cleaning feature, such as this washer.
@@ytubelaexactly - literally just fixed my machine with be my own just now without having to move the machine to access the back! Awesome!
