I just removed an aftermarket android from a car I bought from Korea, (circa 2012) it was ludicrously spliced into the main harness in about 12 places, eventually I found the OEM Infiniti screen hidden about the glovebox with the splice harness (returning it to OEM as the backup cameras didn't work) this is a much nicer kit, the complexity of splicing into the factory harness to retain the OEM functions is very complex, nice to see such a well designed kit to do it properly.
great video but I am having trouble with reinstalling the head unit. the keypad is not being installed as easily and the screen is not fully aligned with the trim also I do have a gap between the interior panel on the driver's side and the keypad. any help please send.

I feel like it would have been useful to see the technician actually manage the wires and computer box - instead of just telling us what he did. Us noobies will spend a lot of time figuring out how he made it so clean since it will be our first and probably only time doing it
