@@PhilLeotardosGhost the line up isn’t what need immediate work Nimmo Lindor McNeil (had a bad season but he’s still good) Alonso Alvarez Mauricio but he got injured Veintos Steward Baty like we have good players here the bullpen that wouldn’t stop blowing games and the starting pitching was the issue the Bullpen has been handled pretty good but not the Starting Pitching Senga is our best player lol regardless if McNeil Lindor and others have seasons like they did in 2022 then I think the Mets could sneak into the playoffs
I was at that game along with many of my fellow Mets fans. I thought it was over when Alvarez looked so bad on his swings...except for one...Then Canha smokes that deep drive. It was beyond awesome.
CANHA was a solid veteran presence in the dugout. Too bad he was traded.

One of the few teams were bizarrely owned this year, 6-1. Might be a pattern forming for the NL champs, looking at 2022.
The 2023 team with a healthy rotation and closer to start the season would of been an 88-90 win team.
