They’re so cute! I used to have shar peis, they’ve all passed over the yrs tho. I miss them sooo much. I can’t afford another dog right now, but as soon as I can, I’m hoping to adopt another senior one or an abandoned one or two. Peis are the best 🐶❤️
@@mamadawgclark3665 sounds like entropion? Where the shar pei wrinkles are so much that they roll or fold into the eye. Scratching the cornea. Vets will fix that problem for you pretty easy. One of my dogs had to have it back in the day & it came out excellent. His eyes cleared & he was a very happy guy
God, I love their mouths! My shar-pei ate a bumblebee and his lips swelled like balloons, unfortunately, he couldn't understand why my family was laughing at him!🤣

Sometimes you will find mixes at shelters. All the personality with some of the looks and less of the health problems.

Zachary Scott my previous sharpei had it a lot, You need to find a Vet that knows a lot about Sharpei. He will know what to do.
Not much you can do besides treat symptoms.
