Just discovered revolution serums, same price range as the ordinary 😊 being winter here in Aus, sometimes I just hack off some of my aloe vera plant and put that straight on as it ultra hydrating! I know "drink water" is an annoying reminder but holy shit I started taking a medication that requires me to drink 3 L of water a day (this is a LOT - not everyone needs to drink this much, don't worry) and my skin is glowing like a mf now. I haven't changed up my skincare at all. Just more water.

Don't be ashamed or afraid to reach out to a therapist or social worker. I've dealt with losing my dad to suicide and my mom to a heart attack and I am only 32 years old. Talking is the key to a brighter future. It helps building resilience and find proper coping mechanism. Take care of yourself. LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL. And with times all memories are great. ;)

A Greengrass Ooh no! That’s really not good. I never used to like drinking water but started to force myself, and now I constantly drink it. You can damage your kidneys if you’re dehydrated, and drinking water is the best thing for your skin, not all these products. 😁

I'm sorry for giving un-asked for advice (I know it's obnoxious), but my calm was disrupted when you said you don't wear sunscreen on cloudy days. Please consider wearing sunscreen daily, even if you are outside briefly or during typical UK weather. The rays that damage skin are only hindered by cloud cover by about 20%. Even if it feels cool or looks very cloudy, the UV rays are still present. Okay. That's done. Back to enjoying your wonderful content.

Emma! Thank you for this wonderful video (and all the other lovely videos and content you share with us). Really recommend UpCircle - small business, vegan, completely recyclable packaging (the moisturiser comes in a glass pot with a metal lid, no stickers to scrub off before putting in the recycling bin), UK based, and they use ingredients that would otherwise be thrown away e.g. coffee grounds from local coffee shops for their scrubs! It’s not cheap but I think good skincare is worth the investment if you can. Thank you again, hope you have a fab weekend!
Whatever your doing with you skin makeup or camera settings you look absolutely beautiful your skin is glossy and glowing from within your eyes are extra sparkling you just have a glow about you xxx

Can I recommend that when the UK heads toward winter that you switch to a different cleanser. Any clay based product can be drying as they are designed to draw out excess oils, which the skin produces less of in cold weather so therefore the drying effect on some skin types

They’re cruelty free and use glass bottles, so environmentally friendly too. I also really recommend small biz natural spa supplies rose water toner, it’s heavenly ☺️ both UK brands. xx

Really recommend UpCircle - small business, vegan, completely recyclable packaging (the moisturiser comes in a glass pot with a metal lid, no stickers to scrub off before putting in the recycling bin), UK based, and they use ingredients that would otherwise be thrown away e.g. coffee grounds from local coffee shops for their scrubs! It’s not cheap but I think good skincare is worth the investment if you can.

Can I recommend that when the UK heads toward winter that you switch to a different cleanser. Any clay based product can be drying as they are designed to draw out excess oils, which the skin produces less of in cold weather so therefore the drying effect on some skin types

They’re cruelty free and use glass bottles, so environmentally friendly too. I also really recommend small biz natural spa supplies rose water toner, it’s heavenly ☺️ both UK brands. xx
