If there is one thing I can relate to in this video, it is lower back issues. I have severe degenerative arthritis, and my worst problem areas are my sacroiliac (SI) joints. When one or both get out of position (from strenuous overwork) the pain is excruciating. To prevent or at least reduce the risk of aggravating my SI joints, I have learned to do proper stretches (meant for the lower back) every day, plus regular exercise (walking, jogging, weight training, every other day). This all helps with maintaining physical range of motion). Proper nutrition is also key in everything we do. I also see a chiropractor every 2 weeks so he can keep my spine and hip joints in proper alignment. Finally - and this comes with age - I have learned to PACE myself. The brain says 'go and do it' but you must come to terms with your physical limitations after the age of 50. This means stopping BEFORE you overdue things. It's not fun getting old, but we all get there sooner or later. Thane, I wish you rapid relief my friend. Leave the heavy lifting to Judy (just kidding Judy!!!) ❤

It has been a while since we've been into the Chiropractor and can certainly relate to how the body just doesn't want to work like it used to. Thanks for the ideas and we will be trying to get more relief from these chores, cheers!
