Man, people can say anything about Fates, its plot, and its characters, but something undeniable is the fact that the game has a very unique soundtrack, taking into consideration that each song has the calm and the roar version. It is, at least for me, the most complete and immersive soundtrack from all of the Fire Emblem games.
The composing of this song it's just really beautiful, i do really love this song, every calm and roar song has it's own identity, like dark wastes (the violin part is such a great part)
The music in conjunction with the gameplay slap so hard the entire time, that you almost forget about the horrendous story-writing for a bit (Key word is almost).
Except for the Wind Tribe Temple (the one with the ANNOYING gusts of wind that mess up all your strategic plans and end up killing your units at times too), Ninja Rape Cave (Conquest players know this map well), and Chapter 10 Revelations (AKA the snow shoveling map), the elevator map when you fight the Hosidiaian King (Revelations), and Conquest Endgame (You know the one). Screw those maps (and they say Gaiden's/Echoes SOV's map design is the worst, Fates has some worthy contenders too)!
This is my favorite song in the entire game hahaha so soothing. Especially when you go from a epic storm version of the song to the calm soothing version.
Man, this song is soooo nice, very relaxing. ( You could say that from most of the Fates songs, especially in Birthright haha. ) I also love the storm version, though I do love the whole Fates Soundtrack. Justice RIP might be one of my favorite in Birthright, because of how tense and serious it feels compared to the others. I'm glad it does play in Conquest though, that way I was able to listen to it in game ! Can't wait for Revelation with Desire of the Below !
Apprehensive, stirring wonderment. It's the wind sweeping into trees, prosperity as far as the eye can see. Melancholy sets upon us for a second, but the spirit of Hoshido is resolute, dispersing the dark in cradles and waves. End to war twinkles in the beyond, its cusp enlightens the fallen in song. We rise to meet fate, our final fray.

This is, to me, the fe game with the best ost
Once you heard this theme in Hoshido's path, you will never get it out of your head
Dude I just went to this playlist cause I was searching for this music months after heard it after the first time, it was sticked in my head ...
@@grannest5050 I feel you bro
Fates had a pretty incredible soundtrack. This was definitely a standout one from Birthright.
It's a shame some of the narrative writing was garbage though
I find it amazing that the youngest of the Nohr and Hoshido siblings get to be on the profile pic for Alight and A Dark Fall.
If Fates has anything good, it's this very unique soundtrack. the Japanese themed music all sound really beautiful and serene.
My favorite fate ost so far , thank you so much :’)
