LED Lights in Closet Panels, a couple of do’s and don’ts we learned

We are doing a large project with over 100’ of silicone encased LED lights. Richlieu hardware supplied everything to complete this project. We learned a few things and made a few mistakes but the results are going to be spectacular.

Yes it’s very nice. I thought no we have a single switch connected to 10 Drivers. You can flush mount it or install it in a standard box

Love the simplicity of these, I talked to my Richelieu rep about them last month. I will definitely be moving to these. The FM switch is Hafele?

How does it work?
It’s FM, freaking magic. I believe it’s actually RFID
Everything is from Richelieu hardware, although the connectors are the same for HAFELE 24v so you could mix

Try “FlexyLED SEH4 24 V dc tape” I went through my rep but I’m pretty sure that it. They have a lighting specialist who can tell you all you need for specific installations

@@bidbudy6061 The FlexyLED SEH4 24 V dc tape is 4 mm wide and 10 mm deep. We use it in almost every kitchen we build. I've not seen the lighting Mr. Derrek is showing. Going to check it out. Haven't seen the switch he's using either.

Just looked into these lights. I'm building a small 3 cabinet closet just over 9' tall, so 6 strands of these lights (one for each vertical side of the cabinet), with the 75w power supply $1,450 before shipping, RIDICULOUS. If I brought this number to my client they would laugh in my face. That's before labor & install costs. They would replace their closet bulb before paying $1500 for cabinet lights.

It’s not for every client. You can use some cheap Amazon stuff and save a bunch of money, then replace it in 2 years when it quits working
