    Great video! I was stuck between this and of course the stihl. Talk about selling and a great demonstration as well. Cheers!

    Just picked up a 225H60 which needs some attention but can't wait to hopefully get it going soon

    Looks like a nice machine! You do really good work. Like a human CNC machine that shapes hedge rows

    Still impressed with mine, so much so I bought a 522 for the bigger jobs. Very pleased with it too. Time will tell but it could possibly be a match for the legendary HS 81R?

    i have one of these it only does a few hrs a year but i always think what a nice job it makes i have never had any problems with it think its a similar age to yours got it this time of year it wasn't a bad price end of season i guess i battled for years with electric ones did once wonder whether i should of brought the mcculloch being same machine and all but i suppose there will be some differences

    I was between this and the Stihl HS45. Thanks, fellow welshman 😎. Think I'm swaying towards this one tbh!

      I have the HS45, only use it at home, it belongs there. At work, I mainly use Stihl HS86R and Husqvarna 520iHD60. But big Ah-Accu = best Power,so often I used the backaccu

      Stihl all the way but Husqvarna is ok and definately alot cheaper. I have yard tools in stihl, husq and echo and i can feel the difference with stihl

    Awesome review, thanks a mil. I am not seeing this particular unit on my dealer website, but I'm seeing the 122HD45 - any experience with that one?

      Hi Alan. Many thanks for the comments. No I've never used the smaller 122hd45 but it has the same engine with smaller blades I'm not sure if its geared slower I think its the same as mine. In my opinion they great trimmers. Cheers Calvin

      @@CalvinThomas05 Thanks Calvin, I actually took the gamble and picked up the 45 yesterday. Preliminary testing is good, but I'll be able to put it through some paces tomorrow. Keep the vids coming man, I'm learning a lot from you even though I'm halfway across the world lol. Thanks again!

    Hi Calvin , just asking I got the trimmer as I said before. It came with some grease ,I’m just asking would you be able to do a video on how and where the best way to apply this grease . Thanks for your time.

    • @CalvinThomas05
      @CalvinThomas05  6 років тому

      Hi. Allotment in Need. There is a grease nipple under the engine by the vin plate I think I just put my own grease in with a grease gun say 5 to 10 pumps it's up to you or undo the the plug underneath with a torx head you can't miss it. ( it's silver ) and squirt the tube or packet of grease you've got in there. I can do a video in the future. I hope this info helps. Cheers Calvin

    Hi! What a great video! I've been looking around videos that are suitable for my short film, which I'll be filming next weekend. How can I reach you to talk about this matter? I'm looking forward to your reply! Thank you so much!

    Companies have their good products and their sucker products. While I like the Stihl blowers and weedeaters, their saws are junk and Husky blowers don't come close to Stihl there. Although Husqvarna makes great mowers hedgetrimmers, and saws and somewhat decent weedeaters.
