Hello...am a big fan of how you break down costs of construction am hoping to start building next year and your UA-cam channel has been a big help to me and my wife
but there are some types of buildings my friends asked about and I don't know if there is a way of costing them
1. A small hospital on a 150ft by 150 ft
2. Cost of setting up a Petrol Station (just the construction bit) on a 100 ft by 100ft
