Excelent narration, presentation, and portrate of Christ and the Church in the covenant of marriage relationship. I was moved. As a Christian, I come from a non-denominational Christ centered Biblical background in America, and have never seen it this way. You echoed the Scriptures in many facets. Also, myself, as a historian, I appreciate the traditional perspective. You provided an oral history in so doing. May I suggest you do the same for the Christmas/Nativity and Easter sacraments. Thank you and may our Lord Jesus Christ bless you.

So proud of our Armenian heritage which goes back centuries. Our daughter and odar son in law were married in the sacrament of the Church and proud to say it was magnificent. There’s nothing like getting married in the Church versus at a venue. Vartkes and Nancy Khachadurian. Old Westbury. NY

I was going through hagga sophia church and related history and came to know that Armenians are one of the most persecuted ethnic christians. I feel sad for them. Don't get it why no one talks about that.

These are not rituals. They are powerful ways of reminding the couple as well as the people watching of the meaning of "they become One" and that has to be in Christ as their Master and Head.
