i think Anarion, Celeborn and Glorfindel are the most likely, it's also possible that it's a new character who is destined to receive a ring. I don't believe that it could be a dwarf because i don't think they would have described him that way if they wanted an actor to play a dwarf... when you say that you are casting a high born knight, you will attract handsome actors to apply for the casting, and none of the actors they cast as dwarves in the show fit that description..
22:21 Yes! 😂 I'm convinced of that theory, too! They've been left having to wear those masks & slaves to the dark wizard, who has now made it clear he's leaving them that way, so it would make perfect sense that they'd accept the "help" of a gift giver bearing magic rings that will heal all & free all, being left in the state they have been. The "damned if you do, damned if you don't" conundrum again.
‘High born’ definitely sounds like an elf. My best guess is on Glorfindel too, followed by Oropher. I wouldn’t want Celeborn to be a knight, I wish his character is more calm and the settled kind of guy, so that he has that same influence on Galadriel. When you mentioned it could be for a prologue I instantly thought Elros, though if just for a brief appearance, they might just give Robert Aramayo a beard and call it a day. Another out there theory would be the other (hopefully light-)blue wizard.
I remember hearing something that the war between Sauron and the elves would continue in the third season. If this is true, Glorfindel's involvement in these wars would strengthen the character codenamed Arlen as Glorfindel.
When I think of a knight, the first character trait that comes to mind is that he is a warrior. Glorfindel stands out as having a relatively more warrior-like quality than the other potential characters in the show.
One version of the story of Galadriel and Celeborn speaks of them defending Alqualondë against Fëanor. In reference to this defense, and in keeping with Galadriel's warrior nature portrayed in the series, a warrior character trait could be added to Celeborn as well.
8:53 I was just gonna say the same thing, Anárion is the younger brother of Isildur, & Isildur looks quite young. I am going for Glorfindel or Celeborn. I really want to see Glorfindel getting the time he deserves in this! 🤞🏼✨️ And Celeborn is a certainty, & soon I would imagine. I actually have high hopes of both legendary Elves being in the third season! And yes, I believe we must see Anárion by "now" - Elendil was last seen riding off to the West where his son is with the other most faithful. All 3 would be welcome 😊🤞🏼🥳 - I can't believe it's still ages away! 😖 Thanks for this FOF!
Look, I'm just saying with the way Numenoreans age...it being Anarion and having him look about that old would support my theory that he's Theo's dad so...i'm just going with that as my moonshot hope since most my other wishlist/daydream/would be hopes/crack theories have been squashed like the bugs they are.
23:24 Payne & McKay : "That's our son, Varking. you're hired." An important story with so many important characters is struggling to highlight useless crap. - mental problem? -
They better stop messing around with Celeborn and skip that fool right to my guy Glorfindel! We need to see some Balrog-bashing elf power in play, not some sleep-eyed philosophizing-I need to talk to Gandalf silliness. Done with that nothing guy Celeborn, so over him. Bring on the Glorfindel majesty lol.
High Born Knight is probably "Celeborn" (Teleporno). We know from season one he got lost in battle (did not return and Galadriel thinks he is dead) and it is about time to introduce him. Also Teleporno means "Silver High" and come one High and BORN. 😋
They need to bring Celeborn in at some point. Elrond marries Celebrian near the beginning of the 3rd age, and she isn't even born yet.. So they need him to show up soon. Also Oropher fights in Battle of Dagorlad/War of Last Alliance, so they need him in soon, too. I'd LOVE to see Glorfindel too! One of my favorite characters.
Love that you are back with some news. ❤
My guess is definitely Glofindel but still think we also need Celeborn
They didn't confirm that Glorfindel would be in the show, but that he could.
Laurefindil, Oropher and Celeborn!
I'm sad I missed this!
Celeborn and Anarion please 🤞
Can't wait for season 3

Happy birthday, Varking!

Will be Anarion, son of Elendil and brother of Isildur.
Glorfindel!
Glorfindel or Celeborn would be my guess.
We’ve met the Harfoot and Stoor clans. Maybe the Fallohides are the clan with kings and Knights. There you go, Hobbit knights
I'm getting Celeborn vibes..
What about Dan Stivens as Celeborn? He is perfect for this role!
Nice one! 😃
Since the term "High Born" reminds me of the concept of "Reborn/Rebirth" in Tolkien mythology, I think this character could be Glorfindel.

22:00 Possible. I did think before.

I'm thinking maybe Oropher, Celeborn, or Oropher. I would like Oropher for S5 (Alongside huge armies for the War of the Last Alliance of course)
You said Oropher twice
@@sm4carnageihope Yes, I meant I would like Oropher as a role in S5 for certain. The first time was me saying he might be introduced this season.

Ok… so… hear me out… OC, leader of the Fallowhides, in a Knight like position of power…
90% sure it's Anarion

I like how you brain works!! I'd love to see him too
YAAAAAAAY!!!! Galadriel is gonna get knocked up.
I hope he's dark-skinned like Arondir!

I'm betting on Celeborn. And I hope they continue casting dark horse actors and not stars.
