What a great acceptance speech. Humbling. She's deeply connected to the realities of how hard it is to be successful and how difficult it is to get noticed. Young people who have it all take note and listen her speech.
Paloma's speech was truly inspiring, she deserves so much.

I remember crying my freaking eyeballs out when I watched this, I'm so proud of her!! She is my absolute favourite person: completely gorgeous, inspirational, unique and her voice is just the most beautiful in modern day music. She thoroughly deserves this :)

I'm not a huge fan of Paloma but this made me tear up a little bit
I first heard her on a BBC late night show. She sang right into my heart, so unique, but then again everyone is. I don't know the right word but her tone sends shivers up my spine and i smile which is odd cos i'm alone. Paloma makes me better.. I love you Paloma!

So proud of Paloma though, such a unique talent and I loved this speech, the best speech by far, and she was so truthful when she said so many artists who win lots of awards just say a few words, but she's never won a Brit, she'll win another for sure!
Twigs has an album and two EPS out, she's had a 5 year long trajectory. But you're right, it's 7-9 months of recognition.
Jessie, Paloma + Lily have had their fair share of the industry and haven't won much..
Totally Agree Paloma was a Well Deserved Winner!! thought she deserved Best Album also though.
Onel Ayala I love Lily, but .... " Air Balloon " and so many other songs brought that album down. It had some good parts but, Paloma's albums are much more consistent.
