For anyone who is having issues with the footer theme not showing up , go to your dashboard -- footer widgets -- turn it on(it's preset to be off automatically I believe) , then on the select template option , select your Footer or whatever name you chose to call your footer . Cheers!

The only issue I have is that, on top of the bottom bar with the three columns, I get another bar, of equal height, with the arrow, that brings one to the top of the page, the right. I went through your video another time and tried to troubleshoot this myself extensively, but could not resolve. I am quite IT-savvy for a non-pro and I can keep looking for the solution, a little longer, but it would be nice if you could point me in the right direction, so that I can actually use this nice footer on my final website. Thanks a lot!
Dear Tyler Moore, I am using free WP with free version of Ocean Wp :) . beginner, hence taking it easy until i understand all the fundas... i followed the instructions and got it right the second time. but the only thing i could not achieve was getting rid of the black panels below and abv the footer which u has instructing to reduce the padding to zero. Can u pls let me know how can I change to white. I have used color white instead of image on the footer, that's the only difference. wld appreciate ur guidance.. Thanking you in anticipation! Hi, Tyler, I am encountering the same issue than Kai. The footer template I created with elementor and oceanwp doesn’t show up, although I followed your tutorial step by step. There is certainly a setting which conflicts with the editor or something I can’t figure out. Tks for comment

That..... is the home, about, contact services etc. show up multiple times. In addition i used a drop down menu for my header menu and they are showing up also. I tried to retrace the steps and cant figure how to correct it. Do you have any insight? Thank you

I am working on a website using Elementor & Ocean Wp (+widget ocean extra) but since a couple of days I just can't access the Appearance / customize menu and have an error message saying something like: The page is not redirecting properly / Firefox has detected that the server redirect the request for this page in a way that doesn't lead and the problem could be the deactivation or refusal of cookies !!! Thanks in advance.
