Coach Driving Routes - Westbury to Market Lavington

In this video we are on Chandlers Coach Travel Bova Futura WJ52 MTE from
Westbury to Market Lavington.
This is the empty turn that works off the depot for the C3 school route from Lavington School. Leaving the Chandlers depot on the West Wilts Trading Estate in Westbury, we run to Market Lavington via the A350, the A361 to Seend, then through Worton and then the A360 to Littleton Panell and then finally Lavington Lane.
Includes captions to describe where we are and some information about routes.

These videos are interesting. I used to live in Market Lavington, although I've lived in Westbury for the last 25 years. When I lived in the village, I worked in Westbury (hence the move there). I estimate I've travelled along the B3098 at least 6,000 times. I'm a fan of dashcams. On my channel, there's a video I made in 1995 when travelling on the 87 Devizes to Trowbridge by concealing a camcorder in a cardboard box and sitting right at the front on the side seats 😂. It's amazing how much has changed just along that road.

What is clutch / gearbox like in these bigger vehicles?

why such a big gap between the gears? The poor driver should lean forward to reach the laver and then pull it to the back seat!!

Does the coach have a six speed gearbox like a car

Yes, ratios are slightly different though but yes all our manuals including this is 6 speed
