You can not program them in at this time as this is still the WT G3000 MOD integration and not yet the AAU1 avionics that will have Holds / Missed Approaches and all of the support Leg Types to fly.
I love them both :). Hard to pick…. HJet is faster and flies higher.. but the VJet has a great view and can slow down a lot to make for some scenic flights…
It's in the AFM Greg. Vmca is 105 Flaps up, 100 TO/Apr flaps and Vmcl is 95.. however those are numbers for 5 degrees of bank if an Engine were to be lost... Page 5-30 has the complete table for you to review since its based on which configuration and at which weight your currently at with 30 Degrees of Bank it ranges from 84 Knots all the way to 103.

On the GFC control panel the SPEED knob has an outer ring and on it. Flip that between FMC and MAN mode.
