The central concept of Jungian psychology, individuation refers to a complex process by which we can better come to terms with the unconscious dimension of human experience and move towards greater psychological wholeness. It is closely connected with themes such as self-realization, the evolution of consciousness, and the quest to discover and live one’s own deeper life meaning. In this talk, Keiron Le Grice will explore some of the many aspects of the individuation process and consider how a Pacifica education might help us to advance along this path.
