You Need to call her supervisor. Just because she Was lead on the trip. Don't give her the right to treat you Like that PERIO. D. I would call your supervisor as well. And tell her the situation. And tell your supervisor to call the evaluation supervisor that do the fight evaluate her because she's not just doing it to You It's everybody. That's what I think.

I hate that you had that experience. You’re absolutely right about your crew having the ability to make/break a trip for you. Leads have the responsibility of setting the tone and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both the passengers AND their crew. I’m sorry that she failed to do that for you. Just know that regardless of her actions, you are right where you belong! The way she behaved towards you is a reflection of what’s going on inside of her. It has nothing to do with you and your capabilities. Continue to lead by example and show up for others in the way she should’ve shown up for you! 🫶🏾

Sorry you had to deal with that! I wish ppl would stop judging seniority numbers as well and assuming. No way anyone should be talking or treating you as such. Ugh 😣 always being the assist can be draining. I never use my assist but some of the things I hear it’s like 🤦🏽♀️

Wow... You had allot bumps in the road.
It's unfortunate that some coworkers get in their head of superiority and abuse the position to bully team members they feel are beneath their status. Document the issue in writing to cover your behind. You've worked to hard and put in those hours for someone to note that your a problem when they, themselves are the real problem. You kept it completely professional even when you were at a point of wanting to swing on them... just not worth lowering your standards of respect. That flight leader had no respect for you.
Keep your head up and move forward.
