Guys it's a beast in ghat section and curve roads. Never lost road grip.
In highways you won't realize that you are travelling at 120 speed until the safety chimes warn you. I tried
I20 , baleno, Triber , Altroz but Freestyle I found the best car.

But yes the quality of parts too matters and cost too.
As per Ford book all part cost looks affordable
ERP and traction control makes this vehicle more efficient
I took it in very bad terrains and it satisfied me
Comparing to Baleno and I20 freestyle is far better. There is no point in comparing with Swift , Triber and i10 as these are not actual competition

Kerb weight of this vehicle is more.
Ex in Swift kerb weight is 890kg. For freestyle its above 1050+. So already it's like average 2 passenger weight present in freestyle compared to Swift or Baleno
So mileage of Baleno and Freestyle cannot be compared.
For mileage comparison 3 passengers including driver need to be tested with Baleno and 1 driver sitting in Freestyle.
Mine is petrol version. Not sure about diesel

Ford Freestyle is better than Tata Altroz in many aspects:
1. Refined Petrol Engine despite being a 3 Cylinder Engine
2. More power in Petrol as well as Diesel Engine
3. High Ground Clearance of 190 mm
4. Safety features like ARP, Traction Control, 6 Air Bags
Disadvantages:
1. Removal of Sync 3, hence no Apple Car Play or Android Auto
2. It doesn't have Harman Audio Sound
3. Doesn't have 5 Star Safety Rating like Tata Altroz
4. Interiors are not upmarket
5. Cabin Space is bit cramped

@@thamizhiniyan8525 It's decent but with 4-5 people on board with AC On, you might sometimes feel it underpowered. Diesel will be a better choice.
This car is an amazing one !! I drive a petrol one and it's ten thousand time safer and better in terms of driveability

Safety features are also Great in this Variant. I got 16-18 km per lit average in City Area and 25-28 km per lit average in highway. Great Ford Freestyle. Also price is increased.Should I consider freestyle?Other side if I am looking tata tiago xz+ is fully feature loaded car with best price. I know both the cars are belongs to different segment.But still which one I should consider for long run(value for money package). Also this will be my first car.

Freestyle 2018 Titanium me sab kuch tha, best value for money. Aab kai features hata diye hain. Uss waqt price 6.59L tha.
Why are you complaining ?? Jab tha tab liya nahi ...yahann pe logon ko sirf mileage chahiye ...baaki features aur safety gaya bhaad me....so ford is removing features..

My brother bought trend petrol in may 2019. It had touch info system with camera , navigation, fog lamps, electic adjustable orvm (not foldable though), adjustable back headrest as well . But it doesnt have height adjustable driver seat . So i think 2020 version is downgraded in features.

adding real pictures/videos of all colors available would be helpful. That is something that we don't see quite often because company brocheres and websites show computer generated graphic added picture of different colors. Personally i feel the black variant of freestyle has the best look

@v3cars can you make a new video on Ford Figo and freestyle since the company has now discontinued the Trend Variant for both the models. Trend has been a VFM model and now it's stopped. Budget buyers should either go for Ambiente(not vfm) of titanium(out of budget)

Service cost is mentioned in their broucher. You can check service cost online also. No extra charges.
Spare part cost depends however it is not costly that much as many of their spare parts are now manufactured in India.
What is the mileage in city and high ways ?? Maintenance and service coast. .let us know

I am going to buy a car next month and here is user experience when i see freestyle vs other cars.
In bs6, Freestyle looks a bit outdated, less premium features , worst part is boot space and they provide only 15 inch tyre in their top variant, although it has many safety features like traction control etc. and its driving dynamics are amazing.
But we all know, people see a complete over all package in a car with safety, style, performance and usability.
So I would tell you my personal experience, how I finalize the car.
Since I prefer build quality, so I exclude maruti from my list and then under 8 lakh, I have limited options to choose whose build quality is amazing.
Now on top of list is ALTROZ, having 5 star safety rating, soooo stylish, lots of latest features which is first in segment and in my budget too. Also internal space and 345 ltr boot space is amazing with 16" wheel.
Hence I found Altroz a complete package which is coming soon in my garage. 😃

I took test drive both the cars u said. Altroz is no doubt much stylists car than freestyle..but driving comfort & practicality is much better in freestyle. Go for a test drive, then make your decision..
