Thank you so much I’ve recently decided to major in mis and thanks letting me know I made a good decision
Glad I could help! MIS is solid
I was surely confused why you are wearing a suit in the kitchen😀 Great Video. Great Performance!
Great videos. I enjoy watching your videos. I don't see anything about masters in leadership. What do you think about that degree? I'm currently in graduate school majoring in leadership.
Thanks so much for such insight.....
Great video!!
Kinda curious though, What's your take on Business Analytics?
I’m super interested in majoring in marketing and supply chain management, this was informative. I’m constantly getting told how useless marketing is going to be and it’s really discouraging.
Me too. But I consider that marketing is important because today it is essential to know the consumer behavior due to the pandemic, their interest, etc
Supply chain management is a growing e good field

What are your thoughts on Global supply chain management and the boom of engineering and management degrees?
6. General Business Management
5. Marketing
4. Human Resources
3. Finance
2. MIS (Management Information Systems)
1. Accounting
I’m international business and adding a double major in MIS because of hearing so much about it lately. I also been hearing international business getting a little credit lately as well. Thank you much
What is MIS?
can I have your social media id. Im doing IB and planning to move MIS. but dont know what to do🙂
What university? I’m really interested in both degrees!
@@andyvilleda1451 San diego state uni. but I realized I can’t actually double major here because IB overlaps to much of other business majors so if anything I will minor. But SDSU has a great masters program where you get 4 years of undergrads and only one year for a masters in International business development which I will most likely do instead
@@siamkhan_ why are you moving from IB ? I’m interested in doing IB
Nice video.
Thanks!! I’ve decided to go with MIS ❤️
Hopefully Imma be making that BANK in my 30’s👁👄👁

What major you should take for doing MIS?
@@lovisha6197 MIS is a major itself. Ask your counselor if your school offers it.

I resell shoes, so i love the aspect of buying, selling, meeting margins, and seeing things grow. What major would suit me? I was a kines allied health major but i found my passion for business this year and recently switched. Just need to find a concentration in business.
Accounting and finance
Bro, can u please suggest me which would be better in terms of career prospects MIS or AIS ? And is there any major difference between AIS and Accounting?
AIS is better I’m guessing according to this video
Can you do a deeper dive into investment banking
My majors is Management & E-Business with a concentration in Business Analytics. Is that any good? And what types jobs/career could I go in?
Do you have any idea about other name of E-Business ? Because my business school doesn’t have this ?!!
Thoughts on Econ with international buisness or should I switch those
I think that’s an excellent combo!
I’m getting a dual major in marketing and management it’s insane how many options I have. I think I have it knocked down to social media marketing though. You should make a video going more in depth about that
Same here! Good luck to you!
Don't take it personally, but those are bad majors man.
@@goljat6422 Not that bad.. u can become a PM w/ that dual degree
It's still better than Only Marketing or only Management.

@@NejiClap No no no. Anything with the words management or administration should be avoided unless you have extremely waterproof plan. Go for a school to get a skill and then sell that skill. Management is not a skill you learn in school
Would you recommend starting out as business management in order to take broad classes in an effort to discover which specialization you want.
Yep! As long as you eventually specialize you’ll be fine :)
At some universities, you could major in Business undeclared especially since most business majors require classes in most business dispines not related to one's major. My school, DePaul University does that.
Marketing worked out well for me.
Do you think it’s hard to get a job with a marketing degree? I am interested in marketing research and I just wanted to know if it’s hard to get into that.
Thanks so much
Of course!
What do you think about Hospitality Management?? Is it in demand too? I would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you. 😊
while watching this I got distracted by your eyebrows like a wave :0
What do you think about a degree in e-commerce? I feel like it's gonna be important in the future.
Pointless, you could condense that into a few modules at most
I plan to get a buisness major as a pre law study. I plan to take a couple if gap years to be able to affors law school. Would it be better to major in accounting or finance for this situation?
yessss HR major here!!!!
Is HR major great? I wanted to make an HR master after my Business degree (live in Europe) but I don't know if I should do it or just make an internship after my business degree to get some skills in HR. Do you think it is worth it?
@@crickard1884 Yes I love HR!!! there are so many good HR internships that you can do with your business degree, so I really recommend doing an hr internship before getting a masters to see if you like it and to gain experience. It's a pretty high-paying job as well. give it a try!
What’s your opinion on Operations Management and or supply chain as a degree ?
I think he did not mention it because it's not very popular , but it's one of the best in terms of employability. You must really the industry though , the major is very specific it may not be as versatile as others mentioned here. This is what I hear from other people , I am studying Economics And Finance, totally different subjects 😂.

Orlando duhh
know a guy you worked a deliote, worked him so hard and traveled so much he burned out, and quit and was satisfied with taking a less paying less stress full job.
Yeah, Deloitte is one of those firms that works you super hard
I really find mis major really interesting since I’m passionate in business but also very interested in technology, but I have no experience or interest in computer science. Should I still consider it?
It's pretty much a comp science and buisness degree intertwined.. I would stay away if you aren't into math or computer science. Plenty of both.
Marketing is not advertising or sales. Marketing is consumer behavior research and product and service development. It is no wonder you dislike marketing if you have a false impression what marketing is.
You take advertising courses though.
This is kind of unrelated but do you know which careers in this field have more of a reasonable work life balance? I would prefer ~60hour weeks but im hearing a lot of careers expect much more. Thanks.

In one of your videos you mentioned that being a doctor is not worth it , it would be amazing if you could explain what type of it like is there a difference if your a neurosurgeon or a general surgeon or specialized in anyway ?
In general it's the same for all because of debt, the more specialized you are though the more debt you'll have
what are your thoughts on International Business and Service Management?
Thoughts on double majoring in marketing and a science-related major?
What are your thoughts on Supply Chain Management?
Is MIS similar to Business technology mgt . My college offers me btm . Should i go for it if its dame as MIS ?
Kindly reply as i have to choose in next 2 days . It important.
Honestly #1 should be Supply Chain Management. It's one of the most important business majors to get especially right now.
I would have put in my top 5 degree's personally, but I still do not think it is better then Accounting, Finance and IT (MIS).
I would like to know if supply chain is a useful degree. What is the job demand and salary like?
It is a good degree to have, job demand is there, most companies especially large ones need OSM majors to help with supply chains.

Thats a solid combo, will be a lot of work though
What about a Business process Management degree??
Just submitted my application for bachelors in MIS. Kinda disappointed at the 63k start.
What were you expecting? This is on the high end of business majors.
What about international banking and finance?
What about Master's in Business Analytics?
you didn't mention the main reason that accounting is the best business degree: it is the only concentration where you need that concentration to find relevant work. For all the other concentrations, you don't NEED a degree in the subject to work in it. But you need an accounting degree to even just be considered for accounting jobs (not bookkeeping) or CPA exam
You said you dont really need a degree for marketing to get a marketing job, In order to expand my career prospects, would pursuing a degree in accounting allow me the flexibility to work in marketing, even with an accounting degree?
I’m doing an associates on business management 🤷♀️ and as a woman is really hard to get paid more than 50 thousand a year..
Why is that?
I sadly mention this up above, but the world punishes people base on race and gender a lot. My advice to women is to know your worth, save up your money and do not allow yourself to be severely underpaid just because you need a job.
Wtf only because you're women you get low salary???? Chauvinism total chauvinism
