Thanks for sharing your spectacular visit to the Blue Mountain and Reading Railroad and meeting up with friends, old and new! Looks like it was quite a day!
Its was indeed a great day. I was lucky through a friend of mine to get access to things normally not allowed. Got to re-unite with Mr. Ross Rowland who gave me my start, and meet Mr. Andy Muller owner of Blue Mountain and Reading. Two great railroad icons in the same day. But the most important was having a huge blast on the train.
Black and white smoke coming out the top of Train.smoke coming out the sides of train. What a smokey Train operation. I WOULD of have on a gas Mask.Looks like you enjoyed it Bob.👍♐️♐️♐️♐️♐️♐️♐️♐️
Thank you for watching. It was a fantastic day. I came home with coal cinders everywhere. This engine is big and loud. Mr. Muller runs a first class organization.
I've known and been friends with Ross for over 3 years now and he is nothing but kindness. Always willing to share stories, information and experience. I hope to travel out to ride 2102 in September. And great hat too! I've got a 614 hat of my own. Loved the video and thanks for sharing.
Thank you for watching and the compliments. Yes Ross Rowland took a chance on me and gave me my shot. He showed me and my family respect. I will never forget the man. With more to come when 614 fires up again.
I just subscribed to your channel: this video is fantastic: I can watch it again and again thank you. This is the first I've heard of this locomotive restoration.
Thank you Joe. Yes fully restored and looks new. Mr. Andy Muller dropped 2.5million for the job. He runs a first class railroad and was very accommodating to me. I will be back on her in August and again in September. Thank you for watching.
Thanks for watching Christopher! The July trip was one for the books. Mr Andy Muller put on a show. I will be on in August and September. It was a great day, glad to hear you had a good time.
Yes it is. I saw it years ago in the engine shed, but first time I saw it operating. It looks like it just came out of the shop. Its big, its loud, and you feel the ground shake. It is a superb engine.
Yes, everything went my way. I admit very lucky. I got to sit with two of the biggest railroad icons on the east coast. Ross Rowland and Andy Muller both in the same day. Was really special day. On top of having a fantastic time with the engine.
The Rambles were legendary, and they are back.
Yes indeed they are. I will be on both the August and September trains. It was a fantastic day. Opportunity knocks answer the door.
