Boaters who want remote steering without the need to install a permanent remote steering set up.
How does Steer Captain work?
Steer Captain connects to the boats steering wheel with clamps, then the motor is secured to the boat with a clamp or suction cup. Allowing the user to turn the wheel with a handheld remote.
What are some examples of Steer Captain in use?
*Troll fishing - steer from the back of the boat while fishing. Especially while using down riggers.
*Cast fishing - steer from anywhere on the boat while cast fishing.
*Low speed cruising - enjoy slow speed cruising while steering with a remote.
What kind of boat is Steer Captain for?
Any boat with a steering wheel, the clamps are adjustable, and the motor can be anchored to any fixed point near the steering wheel.
