I so agree, sometimes the supermarket girl or boy is the only person I speak to all week and sometimes someone in the queue…that’s the main reason I don’t go to the self serve, even if there is a long line…but I find it is getting harder to find, at my shop there is only one person that can serve you…
So apt.👌 We know our postie, the chemist, some neighbors {not all)..not the garbo or the gas reader (don't really want to know his :)...somethimes after a spontaneous interaction, I ask the stranger " What's your name?. They always are pleased to divulge...and so I ask The RiverBerry Poet.."What's your name?....for I do not know. My name is Annie. Pleased to meet you.😉❤x
@@AnnieDaddo I’m Aubrey! I’m pleased to make your acquaintance! I’d love that cup of tea with you sometime! And I live in Wangaratta as you perhaps might have guessed. Do you still head north to where you grew up?🤗🙏🏻❤️
Hello Aubrey🙏👋I was born in Albury🤭Haven't been up that way lately..usually for funerals but I will be sure to let you know next time we do 🙏I did guess Wang...or Chiltern🤭
@@AnnieDaddo I was born in Yackandandah so not far from you…apart from years! I’ve had something tickling my memory…did you or some other member of your family have a lovely garden , perhaps near Yea which was open either forOpen Gardens or the Rangers/may not be right at all!🙏🏻❤️
You've got a great memory, young lady. Yes, my husband, artist Jamie's parents owned a property" Kurumba' near Yea, which was on the open garden scheme. We went to an exhibition opening of a friend this arvo. I bought you a poetry book, signed by the poet (Rose Lucas), who read some of her poems to complement our friend's artworks. I asked her to write you a message in the front, If you DM me I can post it to you perhaps? Now help me..who were the lovely family who owned the Yack wool store at the back of the main st. I always went there with my grandmother
@ we actually lived at Leneva, moving from there,to Oxley when I was 4 so don’t remember your grandmother’s friend! Even with my good memory! I did live in East Malvern in my previous life and I remember your husbands’ family living close but didn’t know them, similar ages to my kids I think?? Maybe quite wrong! 😂😂🙏🏻❤️
Quite lovely, you're always a window of kindness and compassion. Thank you for being your thoughtful self 🌞✨
@@MGMG-lc2fe Thankyou dear heart!🙏🏻❤️
So happy that I found you.🖌🎨
I’m glad you did too!🙏🏻❤️
You don’t know the people that built your house! Yet we are grateful! For the people that replace our roofs. So grateful!
@@Yaya7773 So very true!🙏🏻❤️

Same thing happening here too. Safeway are going to do a big Reno, very busy shop here, and only one line for someone to serve you. Take care, 🙏🏻❤️
Thank you for this. I think I will make even more of an effort to show gratitude & engage in convos.
