Another great episode ladies! I need to check out Oddity and I’ve been thinking about Hellraiser already for I’ve never seen it and need to. Thanks for the encouragement to do so. Happy Halloween!
The fur babies story in vhs was by the actor Justin Long. Who was in Tusk so if you know Tusk you can see where he got the idea. If you like films that look good you should try the love witch. It’s free to stream and easy to find.
Great episode! I know it's an ever bigger time investment, but the Director's Cut of Doctor Sleep is a masterpiece. I didn't really like the theatrical cut, but the DC did it for me. What a movie! And CBGB. Man, I watched the movie probably about 10 years ago and I remember the scene in which he's playing the acoustic guitar and singing in a barn or something. I don't remember the song, but I distinctly remember that his voice gave me goosebumps. I have to watch that movie again. Greetings from a non-strict, approving German.
The two of you finally convinced me. I've been mulling over trying Cat Quest II for months when looking through the available Playstation Plus games. See you on the other side.
Halloween Edition. Hell yeah!!!!!! Spooky and lovely edition. Love the music used for this episode. Thank you Pam and Michelle for the amazing work yall do!!!
Suspiria (1977) belongs to a genre of films called "giallo," which is originated in Italy, and is often sexy, lurid, and even a bit trashy. An American version of giallo would be something like "Basic Instinct" (1992). These films are often more style than substance, but the style is highly influential. Dario Argento came to fame with his 1970 giallo film "The Bird with the Crystal Plumage," which is terrific as well.
Would you consider live streaming these and have the viewers in the chat perhaps drink with you and ask you questions in real time? I'm not a drinker really, but I'm a question-asker.
I remember being excited for watching Suspiria (1977) due to the hype. I actually thought it was ok, but Dario Argento has much better films that are far more entertaining.
I can't believe i didn't realize Pearl is the grandmother from X. This whole time I thought it was just Maxine from a younger period in life... thanks for clarifying on that lol That scene with pearl smiling at the very end will forever be etched in my mind anyways, glad you enjoyed the films
wanted to like the remnant 2 dlcs more but most of the levels are ripped straight from the original game. i don't care about asset re-use but a lot of that was copy+paste. there was a cool trap level where you could skip the traps if you knew how; probably my favourite part of all 3 dlcs. silent hill 2 isn't too bad to replay, about 5 hours long if you B-line it... turned my brain to mush getting all the achievements 👻🦇🎃

I listened to this while putting my tree up earlier. I really dug it. It was like relaxing but funny and you both have a cool chemistry

Yep, it was pretty obvious where he got his inspiration from.
Love Witch is fun.
