Dude, you really do need to learn to sight in your rifle. In your case raise the rear sight a bit and you can actually hit where you aim. I sent my .22s up to hit an inch or so above my point of aim at 5O yards. Then I just consider it to shoot pretty much the same anywhere inside that distance. I don't like a scope so that's where I set them.

Later I propped the sight up higher. Then it was real precise. Good observation
