Honestly, people don’t talk enough about how WELL he is doing!!!! 😂😂😂 one day he will come to understand the mountain he is climbing! Well done, and keep going! Happy Christmas both xx
Tuffa Boots affordable and brilliant quality !! Had some steel toe caps short boots brilliant !!! Last ages !!! They really are great the tops are really joined to the sole !! I have bought more expensive boots and they let water in !!! I really dont care about the competition as I see some in my local store I will buy them !!! Lucy so glad you found someone to enjoy your sport with you !!!🥰🥰
Honestly this content is so wholesome. Watching you having a super supportive boyfriend, who now rides out with you its so lovely! I’ve just gone through a bad break up but this has cheered me up 💜
Zack seems just as special as Rob. A one-in-a-million horse that can adjust to any rider and have a go at anything. He could even persuade me to come out of horsey retirement after a fall.
Lucy we've never met before, actually tellalie I believe you did fit me for boots once! But I wanted to comment and say how refreshing it is to watch these videos and see you looking so happy. Wish you both all the best and many fun adventures. xxx
Rob is doing SO well! It's really difficult to start learning as an adult. But I feel like he puts his trust in you Lucy and knows you wouldn't put him at risk. Brilliant 😊
Yes a Rob series please😊 you both out riding puts a smile on my face so nice to see you both so happy thank you again Rob for allowing us to follw this journey you are a true gentleman and a good sport. 😊
Rob seems to be a natural talent at riding. Lovely to see :) I taught my now husband years ago, but he doesn't like like to ride, but loves to do stable chores while I ride, so win-win. My mare adores him lol. Rob + Justine lesson would be a treat!
aww.... this brought back memories of my first (real) fast hack on a spicey welsh cob. I'd been riding properly about 6 months and they gave me fair warning he'd throw a little buck or two but it was really fun and thankfully he was always a smooth ride. It's nice to see others experiencing the same thing in a healthy, safe way. That thankfully overrode my horrible experiences at another yard that got shut down a while ago because of the conditions animals were kept in.... they had all the facilities but couldn't be assed and they certainly didn't meet any kind of safety standards. It happened a couple of years in a row, I think I was about 8 - 10, happened probably in the couple of years before I started riding properly at 12. The first instance I was stuck on a pony called rosie, and because I'd been taken riding a couple of times a year before this they decided they'd take me for a canter. This pony didn't want to until everyone was out of sight and then she took off. I don't know how but I think that's where my velcro bum started; I've only ever fallen off twice outside of an enclosed safe space in my life and one of those wasn't actually my or my horses fault (I got rotated by another horse barging past on a narrow track lol. That was fun because I landed on my feet). The following year at this sketchy yard I remember they kind of went 'You've been on a pony before and ridden alone? okay here's Freeman' Stuck me on this pony and told me to copy the person in front of me. They only had 2 leaders for a ride of 20 strong, somehow I managed to figure out a bit of rising trot.... and because I figured that out and stuck the first canter they're like 'Oh hey child you're doing okay, WANNA DO A JUMP?!' So they took me with the 'experienced' people, my first jump was a dry stone wall, then they took us the sketchiest route back, a steep mountain path down wih a drop down into the main road kinda like the bank at hickstead... literally they had to coach people to give with one hand and hold onto the cantle with the other and trust the horses to slip down the slope. I shat myself, but made it. Never again. I did briefly go up there since someone in school with me started having lessons there, I'd been riding best part of 2 years and had graduated to helping at the yard I was riding at as well as the intermediate horses and ponies. Going back to that other yard I was like 'dude, this place is not good.... I mean you can stay here but it's not safe'. I was absolutely disgusted by the treatment of the animals and their attitude toward non-regular riders. Be this a warning for others out there, you should always feel safe and welcome
The outake at the end 😂 Rob is giving the look that every person will have at Christmas this year when someone suggests Monopoly. It could totally be a meme 😅
You're so lucky with that countryside, farmers leaving grassy edges along the fields to ride on. Do that over here in Belgium and you're in trouble. And most nice patches are even fenced in with barbed wire. Guess I'll have to move to England after all (or Ireland maybe).
I think in here germany f.ex. farmers must leave a grassy bit on all sides of the field for bees and other insects. Which can all be used as riding patches obviously :D

Agreed! Many would not want their learning process to be shared and this is a great example of being a good sport.
I love the way she stands on the yard after the hack like butter would t melt great job Rob❤

Rob. So lovely and honestly, we all need a boyfriend like Rob. You both look so happy! ❤ Well done. Xo
Rob is really a quick study! He was just galloping along in that field! I’d like to see his progress content. 🙌

As a newbie on this channel, do you live next to he stables or in the big house? Looks like a dream!

What's the ICK?
Works for Justine and Charlie 🤷♀️
Are you kidding, it’s the opposite 😍😍
@@footluceeventing looks like it’s just me then 🤦🏽♀️ No wonder I’m single 🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
Have you ever thought about breeding Lara?
Can you make more videos with your boyfriend?
For
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
How many hours per day are they standing seperated in their stalls during winter?
About 5? They live out 😊
Grow up. Logistically life happens. Sometimes they have to be in or they'll break a leg.
I dont understand how riding on roads can be comfortable. Like asphalt is right there
For the horses? Or us? They have road nails in their shoes!
