Is this video recent? I was under the belief that they've been working on reinstalling the "spokes" of the Sky Wheel for about the past week or so.

You are correct. I was there about 3 weeks ago. Been driving and haven’t had time to post the video. I think the spokes have now been installed. And I read it should be completed around may 20th.
