disagree, this bungalow house is very outstanding in Bentong. I asked one construction company for price of building a new house like this one and their reply is 14 million cuz of its 18k soft size. But the land price is much cheaper than KL, the local apprasier said that won't be over 2 million. @@CXSTQI

阳春的design, 大马的有錢佬同设计师的品味真係不敢恭维。主持人口才不錯(不会有泠場，一切切入很自然)，只是外表服装需留意改善，这样会更好。坦白说，这屋子的设计比很多大马屋好看，但是还是有中学生水准的design.

@@CXSTQI ya, all i can think of Bentong, other than Durian, is flash flood.
Indeed flash food is a serious problem affecting living quality. I prefer the house in high land and with deep ground piles.@@ams3379
