The rest are c6 effects.

Some of the other things you probably missed: 1) Ayato's hand also shines when his C6 is activated but still not used. The shine is brighter than Haran, so there's a difference. 2) Ganyu's hand also shines when her C6 is activated but not used. 3) Jean's C6 has 3 fluff balls surrounding the character when activated. 4) When C6 Cyno does his normal attack when in burst mode, there'll also be an extra slash similar to when he uses special attack shooting straight out with each attack. 5) When Hu Tao activates her C6, there'll first be a circular shine effect around her then her whole body will shine darker red (darker than her usual skill) 6) Alhaitham when activates his C6 will have a small shine on his back. And if you're going to talk other constellations as well other than C6 (since you did mention Albedo's C2 and Yae's? My Yae is C6 since day 1 so never noticed tho...) 1) C4 Venti's also have shining hand after he picks up energy orb. 2) C4 Wanderer can have up to 3 colors on his wheel at the back bcs one extra element is randomized.

Depends on viewpoints.. having lots of characters (that take tons of time to build) or having a few ones but grow them alot stronger with constellation
Since the "borrow" feature exists in Star Rail, it's less worthwhile than Genshin, especially if you're considering spending on Eidolon or Superimpose.
Yae (actually c2): increase the sesshou sakura's level by 1 and also its range. That effect is when it reaches lv4 Nahida c6: That effect is when Tri-karma purification: Karmic Oblivion is available (after using burst). That thing will deal dmg to all enemies affected by her E (200% atk+400% em), last for 10s, can do it 6 times. Albedo (c2 also): whenever his flower deal dmg, he gain 1 stack of Fatal Reckoning (the small flower) for 30s, max 4 stacks, each stack increase his burst (1st hit and 7 small hits after) by 30% of his Def Kazuha c6: after using E, increase his Normal, Charged and Plunge attack by 0,2% for each point of EM, and infuse his attack with Anemo (the effect on his sword) Ayato c6: After using his E, the next normal attack that hit an enemy will deal 2 extra slashes (450% atk), these extra slashes don't get the Namisen buff (the effect also appear as a glowing things on his hand, similar to Ayaka) Ayaka c6: Gain Usurashi Butou effect (the glowing thing), increasing her CA dmg by 298% (more complex CA effect), disappear 0.5s after that CA hits an enemy, CD 10s Ganyu c6: after using her E, her next frostflake arrow shot has no charging time (just press R and left click without waiting, normal Ganyu need to wait at least 2s) Eula c6: After using burst, she starts with 5 stacks of Lightfall sword instead of 1 (longer sword), and when she deals dmg, she has 50% chance to gain an additional stack (2 stacks in total) Itto c6: gain 70% crit dmg of his CA, and has 50% chance to not consume stack when he charged attacks (charged attack like crazy)

But haran has a similar effect which is on the same hand (don't ask me why) also Ayatos charge attack is ayakas I think 3rd or fourth attack and Ayakas charge attack is Ayato last attack xD also another detail is that Ayato vision has a little fan which is exactly the fan used by his sister as a keychain xD

1) Ayato's hand also shines when his C6 is activated but still not used. The shine is brighter than Haran, so there's a difference.
2) Ganyu's hand also shines when her C6 is activated but not used.

4) When C6 Cyno does his normal attack when in burst mode, there'll also be an extra slash similar to when he uses special attack shooting straight out with each attack.
