I'm not a big an of Rat Rods, but this one caught my eye. Guess it's the lack of all the non-essential ornaments that some builders insist on hanging all over their builds. The simplicity, neatness and use what you got attitude of the build is refreshing. That combined with an excellent narration and lack of "headache music" made this an enjoyable video to watch. Thank You
You've built a great car/work of art both in the maintenance of so many original and period fixtures and in creating a machine that is not only functional but well planned and thought through.
Like a nice middle aged lady, built with good parts, simple, reliable, not too loud, beautiful patina, fun to be with, not too expensive and often admired by enthusiasts. And he, the builder, knows every intimate detail.... nicely done!
I wouldn't have chopped it. But every man or women who builds a car has to do it there way. that's what makes it unique. I'm not criticizing you. I gave you a thumbs up. beautiful car. keep building. your a very talented man. hope to see another build. Thanks for the video really enjoyed it. good luck to you.
You are to be complimented on your build. You say this is your first attempt at building a rod. Well I see a lot more time just thinking of what needed to be done. I've built rods way back in time when all these parts were still readily available and the old farm groves still contained many model A's,-- T's --and B model FORDS! Good Job and now enjoy it!!
Absolutely Awesome....1👍the most important thing I would imagine the little guy loves and has has a blast with a lifetime full of memories....... Priceless
Nice work. Good video with good walk through by the builder. Nice to see a "rat rod" so to speak without all the stupid rebar spiderwebs and mail box intake scoop etc.
Custom Car Channel. WOW!!! The Intro to this Feature is Out Standing The GO Pro Camera Company should give this Production Big Bucks today I'm going for the Hero4 because of this intro for this Video. Excellent Presentation for this Car and Owner. Great Down Load. Thank you.
WoW! I'm a looker, not a builder, so... I usually find 3 or 4 or more things to criticise- only thing here is the spark plug shifter, a tad cute, but understandable. Everything else- the understanding you put into your first build- Awesome! It really flows and comes together! You seem to have a great understanding of patina and history; thanks for the vid!
NICE JOB, excellent fabrication and great ideas! Very good video and narrations, thanks for posting and sharing! I hope you and your son have a wonderful time making memories!
Wow what a beautiful first ratrod my hats off to you sir I'm building a 32 Chev truck I hope it comes out half as nice as yours my first as well thanks for sharing
building a 30-31 pu. looking at your build has given me alot of great ideas.nice, nice job. and ...with a flux core welder. I'm a welder by trade.impressed!
Nice ride. I heard you say the brake assembly is 40 Ford but just how did you modify them to marry up with the 29 spindles ? Thanks, make good video just showing how it was done. Oh my pick up is a 1930 ford
My 2011 E450 Super Duty just had a tree land on it... Looking at 2 '29s, for a grand, right now. Might need to put bigger rears on it... Maybe the duals, from the bus...
Do you have an older brothers named Alex and Julio or Tulio? If so I'm Tom Enriquez. I've seen other hobbies you posted , man you do the exact hobbies my friend did. It's been decades past.
Nice ride Renato! I like street rods in many forms from full resto, custom paint schemes to rat rod. You have the exact name of an old friend of mine from grammar school & a little resemblance. Did you live in Hacienda Heights Ca in the '80s for a while? Have an older brother naned
