- The plaintiff let his daughter take his truck to a party at the defendant’s house. He claims his daughter called one day and said she was being attacked. When he got to the defendant’s home, he claims the defendant blocked his daughter in and vandalized his truck. He’s suing for the value of a car, damages, and emotional distress. The defendant argues the plaintiff’s daughter started the fight. The defendant says the men who blocked in the car were shooting at her, so she doesn’t think she owes.

Whether she lied or not at the end ; he still should’ve held that man’s daughter accountable as well for hanging around shooters. She clearly stated her son was getting jumped ; and dad stated his daughter went to go pick up her friend who was stranded , and he brought along two other guys that were shooting. As much as judge wanted to blame this lady ; you Juno my son , and shoot up my neighborhood in probably chasing you down to in the heat of the moment 🤷🏾♀️ ik when this happened to my brother who was shot ; my mom chased them down until the police caught up. Mind you defendant stated she is the one who called the police and several witnesses said they send the shooters jump in his daughter’s car. We can’t hold one accountable without the other is my thing .

How dumb can she assume anybody will be to state that a police officer told her to jump into a vehicle that is deemed a part of a crime scene, but turn around and tell the owner of the same vehicle not to touch the vehicle as it is part of a crime scene.
