    I remember dad mentioning , many years ago, that he and a friend hiked into Ross Lake several times. I'm not positive it's the same one, but dad was a great fisherman and hunter.

      We've added Ross Lake to our ever-growing list of places we need to return to check out. I'll bet it's the same one. Since our park pass is now good until September of 2025, we'll want to get out there more and get the best value from it possible.

    I wonder if they kept the signs on the old highway because people still hike the old highway?

      Probably. And it is less expensive to just leave them in place than it is to pay someone to go out and remove them.

    Mornin Folks. Just catching your newest video..came to the part where you found the old railway ties..to me it looks like part of a very old railway line as it looks like a very overgrown trail goin through the bush ..just my opinion have a great day

      Certainly could be. Would have been worthy of further investigation but I was really focused on getting to the Great Divide. Thanks for watching!
