Please buy that GT500 ! Just needs some fuel ⛽️ ! The Jags at work with low fuel do the same thing ! I love when you pair up with Monkey Wrench Mike 👍 Happy Birthday 🥳 👍 Mike
Sweet. I'm early as well. Had a 89 corolla . Great car ran like a top until i had the trans serviced and it locked up about 50 miles later. This was in 05.
Another "double feature" of AAR Chief & MWM Boss! Getting comfortable seeing you both doing your thing. The cars even take notice. Thanks for another one! Sonny
Randy, I love the collabs with you and MWM‼️ I have been subscribed to him about as long as I have to you. Can’t wait to watch you AAR some more vehicles. (like the pickup truck) The Corolla might be a fun project.
The Cadillac is an ATS-V and it has a version of the 3.6 V6 that makes 450hp and I think it has a titanium bottom end. All of the radio controls are touch and swipe controls that don't press
Love watching these videos a lot and I appreciate the humour and knowledge you share of so many different types of vehicles. . I think the Tercel is smaller than the Corolla
The Corolla is my absolute favorite car ever because my grandma had one from ‘92 when it was brand new, until 2016 and she promised me it for my first car and I want one in baby blue and that interior too cuz that’s what hers looked like
I've got a '95 standard cab, short bed, 4WD Ram 1500. Dash & seat are perfect, never rotted or such, paint is less than a year old, everything works...I've had a few random people comment on it's condition. I could still get $8K for it. Truck prices are goofy
Randy, I love your videos. Sometimes I am just like your comments on the Rivieria. I wind up focusing on the car next to the one you featuring or behind , in front ,etc. For example, when you were showing the red Dodge Dakota pick up, there was the red Buick LeSabre ( 92-96) to the front of it I was looking at. Great video as usual. Looking forward to the next.
That is a front transmission circulation pump whine on that Dakota. That is why they changed the trans fluid. And thats why the sound appears when you put it in gearm. Most trans pumps sound just like power steering pumps when they make noise.
I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota and I love it. Runs perfect , cold AC and the perfect size for most people's needs. Gets decent mileage. Have had zero issues with it. 138k miles. Values are way up too but mine is way nicer than that one. 😂😜
The 3.9l in those Dakotas while not being terribly efficient, absolutely run forever. The transmissions aren't even that bad if you keep it with fresh fluid and replace it with correct one and not dextron.
Randy oh oh please if you could get that GT500 WOW !!!, oh boy I want to see that and even own one so so bad , Beautiful beast of a car , best car you have got in a while , now Randy , who said Oklahoma c'mon dude , this the GT500 SUPER SNAKE BABY , even vtuned hasn't rebuilt one of these yet , Goonzquad turned their 5.0 into one like this I love that but this man , oh man I can't explain , yes Randy do it , MY DREAM CAR ALL DAY THAT BEAST IS , sorry Randy I just can't enough of it such a beauty !!!!! awesome project at the same time it is also a Hellcat experience so there's content plus experience like no other!!!! look at Mike his face was like love at first sight!!! So randy this GT500 , the CTS-V , AUDI A6 SUPERCHARGED BABY , man this was walkaround was awesome just like LA , two awesome guys havin' fun but with awesome cars and goin' through each in detail and that silver Dodge dakota the honest one , after watchin' hoovies garage I also want one man . Awesome walkaround , excellent keep it up. STAY SAFE AND GOD BLESS.
That dakota is an easy fix. there is a dust shield that covers the bottom of the torque converter where it meets the block almost all 46re transmissions have this issue the dust shield gets bent for what ever reason and hits the torque converter bolts and causes that sound its a super easy fix
The Toyota Paseo is smaller than a corolla. Though it is a 2 door. We've have two of them and they have been very reliable cars, one made it to 493,000 miles, though had a top end rebuild at 380,000.
Hey Randy the GM 3.6 does have a dipstick for the transmission. It's towards the front on the right side kind of down lower. It looks kind of like an oil cap you have to unscrew it. My 2014 Impala with a 3.6 has won that one should have one also
Hey Randy imagine doing 96 in that little Toyota. I got pulled over when I was way younger doing 96 in a 55, and got reckless driving and obviously speeding so the ticket was around 450.00 And then when I junked it it had 200,000 and was still running good. I got rid of it because it needed axles and a windshield.
In reality, the T stands for forced induction, be that turbocharging or supercharging. A bit of a cop out on Audi's part in my opinion. If you had a blank canvas, you'd probably come up with V6S or 3.0S right? Well, the designers (being designers) wanted the only S on the car to be that of the S in the S4 / S5 badge.
Jeeps don't put power door locks or windows in the doors because its common for people to remove the doors. True story. Also, adding an AC system is extra and you used to have to pay for the infotainment screen because they came with a basic radio. The soft top models also were notorious for not getting as much sound insulation since the top came off and it would be noisy anyways. Once you dig into Jeeps, you begin to understand why people like them and hate them at the same time.
@Auto Auction rebuilds Hi Randy oooooo there's some nice cars there the audi A6 , and the mustang GT500 shelly very nice indeed would love to see you repair either of those 👍
I am recovering from open heart surgery/triple bypass. Thanks for making it better with these videos!! Randy you are amazing!
You saying Tire Brand Mistaken as Penis and MWM in the back screams WHAT 😂😂😂 had me laughing for a while as always great Walk-around Randy
Please buy that GT500 ! Just needs some fuel ⛽️ ! The Jags at work with low fuel do the same thing ! I love when you pair up with Monkey Wrench Mike 👍 Happy Birthday 🥳 👍 Mike
MWM deserves an Emmy for co-hosting this vid.
I am an Emmy nominated anchor... lol. But I lost.
@@MonkeyWrenchMike you are a winner in book!

I was thinking Abbott and Costello myself.
Thanks!!
Twilight
Randy and Mike....the twin turbo Caddy is called the VSport. One step lower than the CTS-V w/ 6.2L supercharged engine. Super confusing, yeah I know.
There was a model smaller then the Corolla, the Tercel was a more budget Toyota
Corolla Starlet was even smaller
Toyota echo?
@@AM-to7nt the echo isn't as old as the corolla from the video
@@Markustajahoyrylaiva here at paraguay we still use the starlet they are everyones first car, they sell for cheap and just never die lol
@@DrezzarEC006 he said smaller not older
Great video !
Loyal viewer from Canada 🇨🇦
Me too
I have had three Dakotas all were reliable and two of them live to see 200,000 and still ran fine 5.2 and 3.9 are very reliable
*Randy: Oh... Oh WOW, That's pretty strong man..*
*Mike: That's OLD MAN smell...*
*Randy" That's pretty strong.* 🤣

Thanks Adam!

I'm in love with that GT500. It sounds so good!
Can’t wait to see the Plymouth Colt Vista!
I can wait... cause it's a plymouth colt vista...one of the most exciting vehicles ever made...not.
If it goes for nothing...classic cheapskate line
The movie is Twilight lol. My favorite movie!! Wolves rule lol
Also was a Volvo and not a Audi lol
EjG yeah exactly 😂
Happy Birthday Monkey Wrench Mike! I subscribed for your birthday.
You guys are really funny together, I hope you guys make more videos.
The Tercel was smaller than the Corolla, but it came out later.
Actually, the Tercel came to the US in 1980. So the Tercel would have been out that same time as that Gen5 Corolla.
Randy, I love the collabs with you and MWM‼️ I have been subscribed to him about as long as I have to you. Can’t wait to watch you AAR some more vehicles. (like the pickup truck) The Corolla might be a fun project.

You guys are a lot of fun to watch 😂 Dont stop doing what you do, brother.
Tercel was the smallest Toyota in those days. I love the workarounds with MWM!
18:59 It's supercharged and turbocharged, it's both, VAG group has a various of this engines, especially inline 4 engines
Cheers from hot az randy another great video with mike

Love the Audi and GT500. Also was cool having MW Mike along. 😎
ah Randy coooome ooon!!! that movie called "TWILIGHT" and the car wasnt an AUDI ! it was a VOLVO !!
Vampire Diaries - Mike had it. The Audi is sharp.... Old men are cool too.

Randy I have a 2005 Ram 1500 with a 06 Dakota motor in it not powerful at all but reliable its my first truck ever and I love it
I had a Riviera like that it ran great It had a Broken rocker when o bought it a quick replacement and the ran awesome, had it for
Years
8:08 I haven't heard randy laugh that hard
I love that gt500
My Dad had a 1972 Toyota Corolla, it was a Blast! I was in my late teens!
In that Dodge Dakota...that's coolant spray. I can guarantee that truck was over revved over and over again amd probably run super hot.
The A6 is both supercharged and turbocharged. The supercharger disengages when the turbos have spooled up.
I had no doubt that 3.9 Dakota would run. 300000 miles no big deal.
The 3.9l in those Dakotas while not being terribly efficient, absolutely run forever. The transmissions aren't even that bad if you keep it with fresh fluid and replace it with correct one and not dextron.
that mustang is cool .
Audi, gray Dakota and Caddy for me, and that white minivan too.

3 wheel motion is when you have a vehicle with hydraulics and you have one of the front wheels of the ground.
Randy - on the AUDI A6 TFSI means: Turbo Fuel Save Injection
That dakota is an easy fix. there is a dust shield that covers the bottom of the torque converter where it meets the block almost all 46re transmissions have this issue the dust shield gets bent for what ever reason and hits the torque converter bolts and causes that sound its a super easy fix
I forwarded to the end to see the GT 500 and then will start over from the beginning.
Audi and Old Spice go hand in hand!
Mike with Marchall the duck, is his new channel.
Happy Birthday Mike.
Thanks Frank!!
You and mike make a great team
The TFSI (Turbo fuel stratified injection) is the world's first turbocharged direct injection engine
If memory serves me, Toyota and General Motors joint produced this in Milpitas California.
Seriously, buy mike a early star trek uniform shirt. Best money you could ever spend!
I look forward to seeing the video on the Riviera. I had a 1982 model once, painted maroon. I sincerely miss that vehicle.
Great to see the boy back at it again. Us here in Australia are so envious of the car's and the prices they are for sale for There.
Happy Birthday Mike!!
The Tercel was Toyota's entry level vehicle back then 2:00.
The Toyota Paseo is smaller than a corolla. Though it is a 2 door. We've have two of them and they have been very reliable cars, one made it to 493,000 miles, though had a top end rebuild at 380,000.
Hey Randy, the silver dodge Dakota was ok, but the Audi A6 🔥🔥🔥
30:02 you got me good 😂😂
three wheel motion, when your in like an old school impala and take a quick turn u get a tire in the air and other 3 on the ground. i think lol
Hey Randy the GM 3.6 does have a dipstick for the transmission. It's towards the front on the right side kind of down lower. It looks kind of like an oil cap you have to unscrew it. My 2014 Impala with a 3.6 has won that one should have one also

Twilight. My wife loves that movie
And there is that red Buick LeSabre again.
The Movie you and mike were trying to think of was Twilight, and it wasn’t an Audi it was a Volvo C30.

TFSI means Turbo Fuel Stratified Injection. This car didn't have a belt driven Compressor.

The newer 3.6L high feature doesn't stretch timing chains like the older ones did. Better engine.
