- Vermont House Rep. Mary Morrissey apologized on the house floor on Monday, June 17, after being caught on video pouring water into a colleague’s bag on at least two separate occasions. Democratic Rep. Jim Carroll said his bag was soaked a couple of times per week in January and February, before it began to happen almost daily.
