Grazing of Indian Gaurs

An Indian gaur grazing inside the forest. Here, Gaurs, also called as Indian Bisons. When I was in Mudumalai Tiger Reserve safari in Ooty. I saw these gaurs grazing. While that time, this was taken. Extremely shy in nature, it’s in fact difficult to get close to a gaur in its natural habitat. The gaurs graze on young leaves, green grass, and soft shoots when the weather conditions are favorable.
