Tbh yes here in the Philippines, sometimes kids learn to sing before they read, i dont know why but yes it's possible guys. That's why Philippines is the factory of great singers as David Foster said. You can literally go in the streets and hear people singing karaoke and there will always be 1 of those groups that has the golden voice. 😂 Now you know why great singers still have to compete outside the country because the competition here is so tough! Most of the singing contestants here were trained singing even before they turned 6 yrs if age! 😂😂😂 And by the way it's also normal here that boys can sing Diva Songs. It gives them advantage in singing contests.

Filipinos at an early age just mimic the sound of what their hearing,sp when you hear the song almost everyday it stocks in your mind and you start to sing it eventhough you didn't know the exact lyrics. Thats why filipinos are good at impersonating. Look at arnel pineda the new journey lead vocalist. He sounds not just like steve perru but almost all of the singers of the band or artists. Try to react to arnel guys hes a legendary one.

You paused for a second or two to judge the quality and then move on and not even think about it again. I guess music in the Philippines is like one with nature - the breeze, the sea, even the sound of automobiles, it just fits. It's part of your everyday sound. I remember moving overseas and met so many foreign friends who couldn't sleep when there is music in the background. I looked at them thinking, what kind of a person are you? Hahaha

Love Efra's reaction when the kid's singing. His holding his head, holding it so it doesn't blow up. Hahaha🤣🤣🤣 His reaction from beginning to end is in awe, disbelief, puzzed, confused and I think his mind can't register it. His mind is telling him that it's not real and it can't be real but it's REAL. Love that reaction🤣🤣🤣👏👏👏😍😍😍😍

Hello guys! I have been a silent fan of your channel for some time now, and thank you for featuring our artists (pros, amateurs, and everybody in between). I understand you would like to know more about these talents, but it might be difficult to find anything about then, except for Facebook pages or Tiktok, since has gone very popular here. But, that's just it. It comes naturally that music is a big part of who we are as an individual. Even from pre-colonial times, our ancestors have used music in so many aspects of their lives, and the awareness to music has been passed on from one generation to the other.
We have been influences by so many cultures as well, as much as who we are a varied mixture of nationalities and culture, and the mixture of all those makes us uniquely Filipinos. But, maybe to better understand, when all of these happenings have passed, why not vist us here and discover us first hand. I would say you will find so many familiar things as we too were under Spanish rule for 3 centuries, so imagine how much influece the Spanish culture had in forming the Filipino culture and our love for music. And I so agree with one of the comments. At a very young age we are exposed to music and arts from the very people around us as we grow up. Not all may have the ability to carry a tune, but the talent and love for the arts manifests in different ways. Singing is just one of the more common talents, something we do when we don't have anythng to do . . . well pretty much, hehehe.

Every barrio celebrates its "fiestas" depending on the feast day of their saints, San Juan, San Jose Sta. Lucia, Sta Tetesita, Dan Isidro Labrador. Wehave dancing "baile " and singing contest. Thsts whete we honed our singing talent and dancing as well. You see to be a good singer you must have rhythm as well.

Hi Feature Fridays! Just discovered your channel 😅. I love your reactions to viral Filipino videos. May I just say that if hadn't noticed yet, many of these exceptionally talented Filipinos are from very poor communities in the Philippines and are disadvantage in life, like that little beter on a chair who's missing a leg, or that kid wearing a striped adult shirt because they can't afford to buy proper kid clothes. Sad as it truly is, but Filipinos are one of the happiest people on earth because they don't have much, hence it takes so little to make them happy. And yes, music is the least expensive way for them to be entertained and to showcase their talent, hoping that it can somehow bring them good fortune in life (economically). So yes, I agree with your sentiments that I hope going viral could help reign in the path to good fortune.

The 6-7-year old boy in red T-shirt was singing in Tagalog which likely was his mother language anyway so that might've explained the "warmth" Waleska sensed/ heard
On a different note, I am just in awe of you two...so young yet seemingly so "old" in your perception of the art of song/ music
Keep on reacting, and I'll keep on listening to you...I mean, I am from the same country these Filipino musicians you listen to come from so I am rather "used to them" which is not to say that I am not awed and impressed by their talent because I am...

Some kids here sing at least 3 yrs old.. what they sing will depend on the exposure. If you have a karaoke at home, that is what you or your family play or do during leisure time. How we found out we can do that? We just sing. Nobody will judge you if you're out of tune, just sing. People may laugh but that's part of doing it because for us singing with friends and family is fun. We sing anything actually 🤣😂😂 even it's no good for our voice 😂😂🤣
