Recently bought a corsa E vxr last year with performance pack and I don’t care what anyone says about them. It’s a fun little weapon to drive. Great as a daily and great fun when giving it a tickle. And even stock they can be a handful.
Love some of these comments from these wet wipes lol everytime a vxr comes on your channel I think they look fantastic and are mental once tuned and look very fun they have done a fantastic job tuning that 👍 keep up the vids #imnotavxrowner but they look cool

Definitely not declaring it. My first car was a 1.6 Laguna and it cost £1,600 insurance and that was next to no bhp.
@@interceptor-ss8kb my first car was a 1.4 astra mk3 and at the time i was getting quotes as high as £8000 a year😂 even now been driving 10 year no claims or points and im still getting quoted £1000 a year if i get an X5 luckily i only pay £400 a year for my leon cupra

Lmao forging it makes no difference power wise. Just strengthens the engine components so you can run more power. So yes, a forged VXR will propably get "dusted" by a modded fiesta lol. Silly fiesta boy

This corsa clubsport standard power is 202bhp. The vxr before this was 189bhp.

I’ve got a Corsa vxr fully forged ko4 hybrid bigger injectors bigger fuel pump airtec intercooler induction kit but no cams has this got the cams
Bought mine standard and had P4 give me issues after 4 months of owning it so ended up forging it straight away with high compression pistons and went stage 3 straight away 😂 looking at hitting they 300 mark now 🙏
How much does it cost to forge them?

What's max power on non forged engine on this car ?
Hard to say to be honest my piston failed running standard power 😂 this is due to the car having very small injectors as standard therefore little fuel at p4 causing it to starve of fuel and over heat and wear the piston, had mine forged and is now running 241 (stage 3 on standard turbo)
Usually 240bhp if lucky best to do compression test first

Yeah that and the gearbox are weak points about the car including the astra VXR having the same gearbox. To me the piston 4 issue is a design fault and would put me off getting a VXR. The corsa in the vid I think was advertised for around £12k which I think is a lot even though it has had a lot of work done on it.
Scott B piston 4 issue isnt a problem after forging so this one is fine

My friend is about to get one at 18, they’re only around 1800-2200 on insurance which is good for London considering a 1.0 corsa would be about 1500 here. They’re only going for about 2-4K as well. It is a suprisingly affordable car for young drivers now.
