      I picked up a set of clay tools from Amazon and they are working great. Definitely nice to have the proper tools!

    Loved the video. Gives a great option for busy paper. Loved the ripping of the velum. I would appreciate a video using gesso. I love that idea!

      I’m so glad you enjoyed it! The vellum ripping wasn’t planned but I love how it turned out! There will be a video coming on the gesso technique coming up in March.

    I love the vellum hack & foam to soften busy paper. I’m definitely gonna try. I’ve used gesso to some layouts and love the look.

    I love the use of Vellum on your layout - and that final tip with the foam dots is so good to add another perfect way to soften the busy pattern paper. Yes please to the gesso video - I have unopened bottles of both clear & white just waiting for me to be "brave" enough to use them!

      I love using vellum. It changes the look just enough. I’ll keep in mind the gesso video too. Gesso is super useful for mixed media.

    Love your layout. I have never seen the tip with sticking washi tape on the letters to keep them straight. I kept thinking ok now what. Lol.

    Once you started lifting the velum my eyes started feeling blury. I wear glasses & so it just makes me feel whoosy so wondering how I would react to it in real life.
