For about 20 seconds, as soon as you can hear that it starts to make a sound it is ready. If you leave it longer it will still work, but it will cook the garlic 👌😀👍

From the other videos it appears that there are multiple people creating dishes along with yours? What be interesting is seeing a video along side of these individuals to showcase their skills? I find it very educational on cooking techniques that I show one of my boys as he shows interest in the culinary art. AND YES it is an art to produce quality food to feed everyone with a always changing special. Sorry, just asking a question.

Just watch you around when you’re preparing your lunch for all your customers you don’t stop your hard work you have a catch death with you or your customers are leaving. I love your videos and am going to keep watching because it reminds me of the good days when I worked in a big kitchen. But from a place of love and care for the environment (and I understand that they are not 100% paper), the paper towels, big dog... Does Angel Hill have a policy against washing/wiping down with cloth towels? I know you have buckets of bleach mixture all over the kitchen and prep area. I don't mean any disrespect, but it has been eating at me.
