Thanks Mark. There were more planned, yeah. I had already started the next one which was how to run multiple Kodi clients. Funny thing happened tho.. I had to de-prioritized them because for some reason UA-cam thinks most of my Kodi videos are hacking-related videos. The AI system flags them, but a manual review - presumably by a human - confirmed. So prolly eventually I will buff out the series more, but it could be a while.
So you're a developer it seems. Is this part of an add on app series that you made? I don't quite understand what's going on.

How did you hide the icons from the menus?
settings->interface->skin->configure_skin->Home
Then there is a section "Home Bar Style" and a setting "Home bar style". Set to "text only".
