Paano po nag register ako tapos hindi nag email sa akin ang verfications?? ng Mydlink nag try ako sa dalawa kung walang email accounts still unverified
Kindly check sa spam folder, usually nag send agad ng confirmation sa email si D-Link upon creating an account. Make sure you are using a valid and working email address.
Always Connection error kahit na malakas nman ang internet if magkaibang connection yung phone and camera. How to fix? If same wifi nman working fine sya.
Hi Mith, good day sir. If you are viewing the camera remotely. Make sure the mobile phone has good Internet as well. Common problem is that locally, same Fi-Fi, connection is OK but in Mobile remotely, has problem accessing due to poor Data.

This is an indoor camera po but we will have an outdoor camera soon.
Sir I purchased 4 mos ago, nagpalit po aq ng internet so I have to reconnect it with my new ISP kaso nanghihingi ng pw ung DCS 6501LH ssid kasi mounted na po xa as in nakadikit n xa kaya di ko mscan ung codw nya sa ilalim. Ano po ba pw nito?
Hi Sir, good day. For each and every camera requires a unique password for security. Wala po siya default password. Since naka mount napo yung camera, check the box for the Install Card, andoon po yung QR code.
