- Back at it after a week or so off...explanation for the gap in the video. In this one we're buying more land and putting seeds in the ground!

Less then 1 week after crashing and having a rod inserted into his bone and he's already racing around on crutches and has ditched his pain killers...I'm thinking he'll be back to normal quickly, lol. Kids are tough!
That planter is going to be a tough one to move...for sure.
I'm pretty sure all leasing payments reduce the final price of buying the tractor - if so you're kinda wasting money, because you could've bought something that would have made your farm more profit. 130k is like two fields
I think you’re right about the lease payments reducing the buyout amount but I’m pretty sure the lease costs that get charged when you use it only go to the leasing company….

The map with the tides is called Hallig Petrus. I played a few hours there now. Interesting map I might say... But I like these small East European maps. And for your son, get well soon kiddo !!
Ah yes, that’s the one! Looks cool but might feel a bit small after awhile on the map…?

i hope that the new farm sim is going to be announced on farmcon or at least close to farmcon. there has been a lot of speculation the last couple of weeks but nobody seems to have concrete info or are not allowed to give any info. but since the big boys are starting to hint at it being close, i am hopen we will see fs 25 by the end of the year. hope your son gets well soon and we will look at your content as it comes out. don't worry about it to much. family comes first.

I started buying the plot 42...after the plots: 44, 56, 58, 55, 43, 49, 57, 59, 60, 50 and 51. (order is in time of acquisition.)
next plots will be 54, 52 and 53.

No... it is too far from it.
I'm still only with the fertilizer production, lime and few cows.
Pump-up the silage bales production and few fields with wheat and oat.
2 small tractors yet...

I forgot to mention...I have one red barn as bale sellpoint at my farm.
Pays the same amount...but is closer.
Right on the side of the cow pen.
and still missing the sellpoint for fertilizer, slurry, digestate and lime.
all money was from contracts and bales.

After mowing the grass, the field is 50% fertilized.
When using direct drills that also apply the fertilizer, Precision Farming applies it according to what is being planted.
Open the F1 menu and see the difference in “NPK” between the seeds by alternating the selection.
Of course, you need to be with the tractor and seeder in the field...
When the soil is too rich in nitrogen, to correct it, the ideal is to plow the field, collect the stones (if necessary), and plant corn, wheat, barley and/or oats.
Each type requires a certain level of fertilizer and pH corrector.
Soy, sorghum, canola, oilseed radish, grass and sunflower use little nitrogen.
It depends of the type of soil too...
To achieve the green tint in the nitrogen spectrum, you can either disable smart application and saturate the field above 100%, but it won't guarantee a 125% bonus harvest,
because you have to use precision farming.
The ideal is to follow the map by the harvest obtained and the color used for the bonus or loss.

When leasing one tractor... needs to pay attention at the value per HOUR of use.
Before clicking Ok to lease... look the prices.
Initial leasing, price per hour of use, and price per day.
The most expensive usually is the price per hour of use.
Yeah the cost is brutal. My best bet is to get everything paid out and owned...then there won't be any costs.

I never used this mod to buy after leasing...
But I always use some tractors for months...and don't think that they are expensive...
Usually are below 350hp...
And I always take a look at the contracts available to do using the leased equipment.
But this map is focused on vegetables crops.
Hard to get some "good" grain crop contract.

and...I just checked.
After plowing the field, if you fertilize, you will reach the green color spectrum from the minimap.
Or you can deactivate the automatic application too.
But it will increase the fertilizer consumption.
You could do a "one harvest of every crop" on no man's land
True but….I’m a wimp and avoid root crops, lol. But I guess that’s what would make it a challenge…
