I fell asleep at the wheel. Wasn't high or intoxicated. Just an extremely exhausted mom of 3 kids. I was working 3rd shift at the time. Most of the time I got about 3 hours of sleep each night because my ex wouldn't relieve me of our baby after he came in from work. So. I'd be up around the clock. I really hate they charged me with reckless driving. I understand I shouldn't have been driving tired but dang 🤦♀️.
Last year when I just moved to NC I got a reckless driving charge. Why do the prosecutors have no sympathy for out-of-state drivers lol... How did the system expect me to read all the laws before going on the road? In California everyone drives above 85 and is fine..
You need to stop helping them get away with it, they’re endangering everyone’s lives, prison is what they deserve. I’m tired of driving somewhere and wondering if I’m going to make it. Lawyers like you are part of the problem.
Very soothing and calm presentation. A good way to do it, considering the subject matter. 😌
