I work at a custom t -shirt shop and this is the cleanest set up I’ve seen. My shop gonna give me cancer one day . 😅
same bro my environment is fucking deadly
You crazy
our newest machine is 23 years old
Why is it cancerous?
No joke. Although the chemicals are different, my father owned a car body shop for years, and he died at 60 of cancer of the everything (mostly pancreatic). He would never take precautions and he used to clean his bare hands and arms with carbon tetrachloride. Back then, he didn't know. No one really knew.
Be careful!

Hi bro crazy set up indeed I was wondering if u screen your logo onthe walls what inks did u use
Amazing, I dream to having such. What was the average cost of all the setup and all the machines
that seems like it was a lot of ordering equipment and then realizing you needed something else and oredring more. what a setup!
Haha ya that's basically what happened, started with one thing and snowballed into those. I'm not even close to done yet either 🤘🏻
I have always wanted to start this...goals, averagely how much has all of these costed you?
@@vinleyonkundi925 he said he spent around 50k for everything. So not only is equipment included but also remodeling the room. But to have a decent setup you should be good with 2-3k honestly
Localized manufacturing, internet worldwide marketing. That's what I am teaching and I am happy to see young men like you taking the lead to create your own success.
Thanks. That's the way both of my businesses have succeeded
Your home screen printing is a jewel of madness and a living dream for all screen printer, I wish you the best successes and the best impressions that come out of your printing workshop, cheers!

Although Im Black, I swear were distant brothers. Im EXTREMELY meticulous about clean environments and QUALITY! Breeds success and ensures accountability.
@@excellentbusiness-service4078 No blk no wht...just good or bad human beings based on their character. Have a great day, love ya bro..
Bruh,nice work nice!!!!!
Motivation thanks
Just started investing into my own equipment and i gotta say its the best thing ive down for myself, cutting overhead. Working on getting all the pieces to the puzzle. Much respect on a solid space. Very inspirational my brother.
Truly inspirational, damn fine job, look forward to seeing your operation fly.
Fantastic video. My wife has been heat pressing for a couple years now which started out as a hobby for herself and now has grown into customer based. Long story short I see the business potential since I myself own a construction business for the last 15 years. I am looking to invest some $$ into her business and your video really gave us something to shoot for. Main thing she is looking to really learn and push is the screen printing. Thanks again for the video and look forward to seeing more.
Hell ya man. It's a lot to learn and master but the business is definitely something highly profitable if done right and it's not going anywhere for a long time
@@leestuart38 I've literally been watching your videos all day from startup to the last one I watched tonight was the upgrade to the LED exposure unit. Gonna pick back up tomorrow on them. Your videos are awsome and you're so straight forward on everything. We have tons of notes so far. Would love the opportunity to shoot some questions your way if your up for a one on one in the near future.
Mate thats one sick shop!! Been watching ur vids since the get go! i sell metal clock dials and found it to be more cost effective to print my own rather than import. thanks to YT vids, made all my own equipment, does the job but the inspiration from your vids makes me wanna turn this "hobby" into a full time thing! keep up the excellent work man!! - Lee (UK)
That's awesome to hear man, sounds like you're on the right track. Thanks a lot, and good luck!
@@leestuart38 Thanks for the reply man. I know my methods are not ideal but i think people who do it DIY style and on a budget maybe like to play about with different methods of the whole process. its an expensive hobby lol, but as you do it for a living it makes sense to invest in pro equipment and i can certainly see you have a major passion in what you do!! a true inspiration! its a great thing to learn and i also have my 8 year old daughter helping me which gives us something to do together. take care man and all the best.
Lee Stuart hey man your setup is sick!!! We are about to start remodeling for our set up to be more professional do you have any tips of additional improvements since this has been up for 6 months, things that make your life more efficient? Also could I get in contact with your buddy that makes patches it’s something I would love to get into and could use some guidance
Nice Shop man. Started a printing business in my basement. I am a flooring contractor and I am feeling the effects of the business after 35 yrs. of it, so I decided to make a change and start a new business so I am still working the flooring but at the same time I have been setting up my basement shop and this spring I will be full time printing.
7:33 "I'm a single guy, I got enough arm work outs as it is." HAHAHA
😂😂
Hella dope! Definitely inspired by the home shop! Keep doin your shit homie 💯💪🏽
That’s the seal of perfection! Great job. Hope to be near the half of that😆
Thanks a lot dude! Hard work and you'll make it happen 🤘🏻
I started screen printing in 2014, had a stroke a year later. I haven't printed since. You just got me going again. Sweet shop. Respect.
Good to hear your picking it back up. Good luck man 👊🏻
This is literally the sickest home setup I’ve seen.
Cleanest silkscreen operation shop I've ever seen, Can't wait to see this shop after 2-3 months of operations. Keep it up bro ...
Thanks a lot 🤘🏻
Probably one of my favorite videos just because im at where you were at, the very beginning. I've watched the channel from stunt videos to the start of Thirty Eight Ride Co. Now to Rogue Lab and it's so awesome what hardwork and determination can do. Thank you for the inspiration and Keep Putting In The Fucking Work man, good job bro 🤘👍
Always cool to hear something I've done inspires anyone, thanks man. The evolution of this channel has been crazy in a short time, but I can't wait to get to the end game I see in my head 🤘🏻
Your work area is soo damn clean, it is hard to believe you actually print anything in there! Love the vids, wish I had that kind of space and money to get my self set up like that. Great job and good luck you and thanks for sharing.
that's a very good looking shop!! I enjoy watching your videos I'm not too crazy about black walls but you made look awesome... great job BRO!!
I'm a home screen printer like you too...good work. btw dry the screens under the flash cure...saves so much time
So organized and the cable management is on point 😎🙌❤️. That dramatic music 😂😂
Haha I thought that was a perfect touch 😂
Hi! I just saw this video and your shop setup got me to subscribe! If I had a shop, it'd be something close to this. Very organized and minimalist. It's an excellent job, Lee! Keep it up!
This is beautiful, I wish I had the room for this
You've inspired me to re-open my print shop with only manuals. I used to have several automatics, run 3 shifts and had 50 employees. A lot of fun, but a lot of stress. Maybe keep it fun and easy going instead of living by deadlines. Great shop, great energy, keep it simple, keep it fun.
That's super cool to hear man 🙌🏻. I'm slowly going the other way and I'll be moving into an automatic setup very soon to be able to keep up with the work load
Dude, what a great shop and video. Good job on making it happen.
Dude I'm just sitting on the other side of the camera but the work that went into this adventure is palpable. Keep killin' it Lee, we got your back.
I appreciate that man. It was so much work but nothing good ever came without hard work 🤘🏻
Customers are gonna walk in, see that chuck Norris photo and think “this bloke is 110% legit” 😂
Either that, or chuck in gonna scare them into buying something 😂
Passion makes a hell of a difference! Great to see someone as passionate about their work as I!
You got that right 🙌🏻
"casting couch" killed me
Enjoyed the professionalism you take in your craft
Love the setup. We have one of the those CE-6000-60 Plus plotters, they're great... and I hate PC's with a passion too.. lol
Thanks man! I could go on forever about why I hate PC's haha, and I actually just ordered my new iMac today 🤤🤤🤤. I've actually checked out a few of your videos on my path to learning screen printing, so thanks for that.
@@leestuart38 You and me both! I've used Macs since I went to Ai in '99. Bought a PC as my first computer. PC's are garbage. BTW, you can install windows bootcamp (windows operating system) on your Mac laptop instead of using that PC you had to get... forgot why you needed at the moment, but something to consider... even though it's still Windows OS. lol. Sure thing man. Just trying to spread the knowledge.
Your turts are awesome bro blassed
All Mac here as well. I couldn’t bring myself to by a PC so we run Windows through BootCamp and it has been bulletproof.
Awesome! To be honest, it’s nice to hear someone be open about their big dreams AND be WORKING towards them. Wish you the best, thanks for the inside peak!
Thanks a lot! A lot of people talk and don't walk, that's not an option around here 💪🏻
If you build a whole commercial setup like this its' not a "home screen printing setup" - Congratulations on the shop though, it's amazing!
That's why its titled "*CRAZY* HOME SCREEN PRINTING SETUP!"
Man, what is this??? It's so amazing! My name is George, I'm from Brazil and I'm starting wonk with silkscreen. Let me tell you, I have never saw a printer shop like yours, here in Brazil. Congrats and success!
Much clean, much wow. Much love.
Thanks man!
Great job man, very impressive. Good luck to you. Were moving out of our small retail shop, into a light industrial space this year. So I just love how organized you are. Will definitely use some of your organizational skills.
I just subbed and binge-watched your last 10 videos. Amazing shop, congratulations. If you ever need any technical printing advice I've been in the screen print game 4 20 years, or if you just want to talk shop hit me up, I'm your friendly neighbor in Gimli.
Thanks a lot man, I appreciate it! I might take you up on that
Standard Graphics I would like to get some advice from you bro pick your 20 year brain

I just fucked up a run yesterday because my space is super dirty. Almost skipped the vid but glad I didn’t. Saw some cool stuff and I’m goin to clean up my mess. Thanks fam
Glad you got to see it man. Every bit of cleanliness and organization you can add to your space is going to improve your work and speed up the process. Good luck 🤘🏻
Dermn, I Rarely Comment on UA-cam Videos But You Just Fueled My Mood and Realy Inspired Me... #Orgalization and Aesthetics on Point, Keep it Up Bro 🔥💖😍
That's awesome to hear man, it pumps me up! Thanks!
That is a beautiful shop my friend. Your philosophy of a clean and well organized and attractive work environment is spot on! I can't tell you how many times I have been to various businesses that look like a bomb went off in there and you immediately regret walking through the door, or at least you start to second guess the quality of the work done there. There is no guarantee that the it will be awesome but it does reassure you and put your mind at ease.Amazing job sir, I wish your business well and based on your work ethic I'm sure It will be successful!
You nailed every point there man, that's exactly why I built this and run it the way I do. Thanks a lot 🤘🏻
Don't sell the Mac-book 2012 just upgrade it with more Ram and SSD! I work in electronics 2008-2012 Mac-books are gold.
Hell yea frfr
Congratulations and wishing you good luck in your new work shop!
I appreciate that, thanks!
Speechless, it’s really awesome n now I realize mine so left behind. That’s my dream for my workshop to be😔, I wish.. salam dari Indonesia.
az mv create it if you can feel as if it resonates with you that your smiling and grateful for it already being your reality it will be. Don't look at it as a futuristic goal but rather a gift of spirit in the now moment. ONELOVE
Stop being sad. Be happy for him!
I ve been printing for years and this is definitely coolest shop ive ever seen, I've worked in some of the grittiest shops and smallest places ever. Everything from basements that where rat infested alleys as well as project living rooms with screaming grandmas complaining about the smell of plastisol and paint thinners. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the greatest rappers, entertainers and politicians of all times and they never judge us. Our ability to work through roughest and toughest situations has help us build character and gain respect from our custys. other that congrats I love the layout and ur drive and continue to inspire.
Thanks man! I've worked through the roughest of times myself to get to this point, I'm definitely happy to have made it to a better level now.
Great, now all of your competitors are gonna get Chuck Norris pictures in their workshops. Nice going numbnuts
But mine is autographed, so theirs don't have the amount of special Chuck power mine does 😂
good stuff , i learned alot
Happy to hear 🙌🏻
We are just starting to get into screen printing. We do vinyl, transfers, sublimation and embroidery. Learning to do screen printing is way more complicated
Oooh yess your my new favourite screenprinter ! Excited for future vids!
Thanks! I'm pretty new at this but I'll be kicking this things ass in no time 🤘🏻
Nice work Lee. Hard work pays.
Keep up the hustle and grind!
I appreciate it 🤘🏻
word man ty for everything you have showed us and the fb page i see it helping all kinds of printers. ur a good dude
Wow man, you've really put in the hard work & dedication. Awesome set up, good luck with the brand.
Thanks a lot! It definitely wasn't easy to get here, but it's so worth it
Nice to see you so stoked about working, but love what you do and never have to work a day in your life, hope she’s going great, love the videos
Super true stuff, I love coming down here to work every day. Thanks man!
Right on man love the shop bro in the way you're fired up about all the print stuff that's cool. Glad you didn't quit after that rough day
Thanks man, I'm starting to really become obsessed with making a nice print now and trying new things.
It is very addicting it is also very trial and error troubleshooting everything LOL
Beautiful shop! Here is a tip that has helped me get great details on screens, including halftones. Invest in another dip tank with pure water alone. Soaking a screen for one or two minutes right after exposing it, makes your washout a dream.
Thanks man! That's actually something I planned on doing in the near future, any way I can make things more efficient is what I'm about. Being one guy running two businesses I need to shave off any valuable seconds where I can
Dude. I love your work ethic. You are great! Keep at it! And your print shop is magic!
Thanks a lot!
Brother you have inspired me to go for my masters plumbing license and start my own commercial and residential plumbing company. I started research and the course and prep for the exam is a full year and $3,200 for the entire process. But you helped make that decision. Thanks fam.
Good luck, I work for a plumbing company and there is good money in it 👍
That's awesome to hear man! Good luck and put in the work 🤘🏻
Good to hear you were inspired. Making a move sometimes needs a good inspiration and this dude can give this to us . Good luck with your company !
Changed my outlook on why people go this elaborate on things. Glad you have what you've worked for.
I appreciate that man 🙏🏻
Yo man you got me so inspired to do this, I went and got a used heat press to start with . I was looking for something to start after my battle with Cancer and here I am so thank you for giving me hope
It all starts somewhere, I started with one hat press. Good luck man 👊🏻
Nice setup! Best wishes to keep it clean! Damn hard... I do cleanups a few times every year, love to see my shop clean :)
Thanks man. I do 15-20 mins of cleanup at the end of each day and that's enough to keep this place just as clean
I’ve been watching a lot of screen printing channels and your set up is the best yet. I’m a clean and organized person and seeing your shop is a delight. You and your shop an inspiration my dude 😭👌
Awesome to hear that, thank you!
Wow, love your shop...I only do sublimation (12 years now), but recently bought a cutter to do HTV....your shop is an inspiration.
Thanks a lot!
Looks awesome !! Hope to see some videos of all the equipment in action. Thanks for sharing !

This is my dream business to start... I’m starting super small with a printer and cricut machine... getting a small press to start. You might be my guru homie! I’ll continue to tune in! Keep up the great work!!!
I started with less! I had nothing but a hat heat press to get all this going and built it up one piece at a time, so you can make it happen. Good luck! 🤘🏻
OMG! This set-up is awesome! I smiled through the whole video. I’m so inspired by you. Thank you so, so much for sharing and showing that hard work does pay off. I wish you much success!!
Thanks so much!
It's very clean I haven't seen such a clean screen printing setup till now .kudos
Thanks a lot. I try my best to keep it as clean and organized as possible, makes the work flow faster
I love the shop. I'm new to the business but like you I'm aggressively building my setup. My next setup is the 8 color screener and the conveyor. You gave me something to work towards.
Hell ya, good luck 🤘🏻
Mate! I not do comments, but you did a f*** great job. I use to work with this a long time ago in Brazil, I love it. We call it as SILKSCREEN or SERIGRAFIA. As I said, you did a brilliant job, it's a really dream! Perfect! I wish the best for you and your business!!!!!!
Thanks a lot man, much appreciated 🤘🏻
Your success is in direct correlation to your hard work. Congrats man
Thanks dude. Not there yet, but the hard work will make it happen 🤘🏻

I am a disabled veteran and am looking to do this part time. I really like your shop. Something to look forward to. I have some ideas myself and wondered if you could help explain how to protect them.
Nice set up...I’m looking to get into screen printing shortly
I LOVE IT BRO.
Cant wait to take that step and have a place so organized like this.
WELL WORTH THE HARD WORK AND SACRIFICE!
Definitely worth it man, thanks!

Dude, I was looking into some things to get back up to speed on screen printing my bands merch, I used to print like two decades ago. Started thinking about other things I could do once I get a basic setup for band merch to extend my income. Seeing your setup.... man goals. Subbed.
That's rad man! I hope you get back into it, it's a good time
Thanks... I am in the process of updating my equipment... this was great to see...
Hell ya. I'm building version 2.0 very shortly
