They really shouldn’t ban you for spoofing because it’s helpful to catch certain pokemon that are only in certain countries like people don’t want to spend thousands of money to fly to a different country just for one or more pokemon.
One thing you forgot to mention is that sometimes the ones you use for your computer have to disable your VPN and then they use their own network adapter to connect you to the internet. Not sure it's really safe letting a CHINESE company a tunnel right into your computer with their network adapter!

Here's my predicament: They sold a shiny mew research ticket. The price and the ridiculous missions alone are frustrating, but to even get the pokemon that I PAID for, I need a kanto medal... that requires me to have completed the kanto dex. Here's the thing: I live in Europe... Tauros is US only and Kangaskhan is Australia only... because of course they are. So now I'm stuck with those damned missions and with a hole in my pocket, because Niantic doesn't want to allow global trading. I get wanting your players to not cheat... but Niantic are literal cheaters and scammers. They don't really have the moral grounds to bitch and moan about spoofing. Reloaded ipogo, walked 200yards down the street to a few stops, spin the three 3 stops, caught a few mons, and then closed the app. Woke up in the morning to a soft ban 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. You're right regarding many things, but saying emulators is a no-go and no arguments to back it up? That shows lack of knowledge about how it works. Why would an emulator (which are rooted by default) be anymore more unsafe than a rooted android? There are dozens of arguments why it can be made to be safer than an Android phone, but also immensely more powerful, like using multiple instances at once. Just say your stock (default configured) emulator will be a terrible idea, with that you are correct, gotta start digging deeper man =]
You actually dont need to root your android, find a gps spoofer/mocker with joystick and overlay, change your date and time to go with your location, dont go above 120km/hr, and you'll be set to do as you please I use gps joystick

@@APinTheAKyou literally cannot escape the ban/warning. You can get banned for something you did years ago. When you account gets flagged, it doesn’t matter if you switch to the normal app and never use pgsharp again. Sooner or later, you will get the warning/ban

For me, Pokemon Scarlet/Violet got boring after a while. I stopped playing it because GameFreak has still not incorporated the entire NationalDex for their new lineup of games, and the game has been pretty sluggish for my switch OLED, even with the newest updates.
