Developed? Oh gosh! Yes, he’s STILL IMPROVING!!! I’m not sure if we’re being sarcastic, but THIS Trio is seriously a worthy Tribute to Carl’s “Lil’ Old Combo”, EMERSON, LAKE & who’s that “other” fellow? Oh Heck ya! CARL “Frickin” PALMER!♥️🎸🥁🎸🤯(Yeah Mom. I’m turnin’ in my keys to the Lamborghini! And my Dunlop/Tortex plectrum reserve supply!
a español I'm Argentine, 62 years old, hahaha! I also heard this song when I was about 15 years old. ELP is one of my favorite bands, creative geniuses. Rest in peace Keith & Greg
Where do these songs take you, Carl. The memories you must have. It makes me cry to think about it knowing your former band mates are gone. What an incredible gift you all gave to us. Thank you for keeping it alive and passing it along.🥲
ELP music without keyboard , I was not sure , but now I'm sure , you and your young partners make a fantastic music , you make an amazing rendition of ELP music.
I've never learned to play the piano, but I'm working on a cover of this song right now. Very original and informative. I want to make a work that is as good as this performance! Thank you!
You weren’t a member of the KISS ARMY?!?? Man, I wish I had been introduced to ELP instead of KISS. I’m 8 years younger than you, but it didn’t take long to realize that the ONLY KISS album worth listening to was Ace’s solo album. I discovered ELP at the same time that I discovered Pink Floyd, Genesis/Peter Gabriel, & ELO a number of years later, via my uncle’s record collection. I had never realized until now, that most of my friends, growing up, listened to some really crappy music. I shudder to think what I might have become if I had never heard the AWESOME-ness that my kinfolk grooved to as they cut the rug.
Went to one of Carl's shows. WOW!!!! Had seen ELP a few times. Mind-blowing concerts!!! Kudos to these kids for getting to play with Carl. They are (must be) quite talented musicians.
These players are SICK! But no keyboards? That took some courage and major skills! Who are these 2 players with Carl? Post up their names they deserve tons of fame. This guitarist, wow, unreal!
I was listening to Yes and then this came on automatically after close to the edge. I'm cleaning my house and I'm listening to these guitar licks going oh my God. So beautiful so good. I recall listening to these cats In my youth but it's really nice to see this live video and some amazing younger guitar players accompanying.
it is absolutely amazing. somebody told me about this performance and I just could not believe it ! This just brings me to the point..who's better drummer : Peart or Palmer ??? they're both the kings of Prog Rock.
Carl Palmer's still got his chops, that's pretty much to be expected, BUT the 2 young men playing guitar & bass are impressive musicians. I've GOT to see them the next time they play in my area. After seeing this I regret not going the last time they were here.
Liked this very much. Carl Palmer is still one of the best of all time. Nice take on this song with guitar replacing keyboards. I miss Greg Lake's vocals.
I saw Carl around 20 years ago. He had just guitar and bass, as here. They played a brilliant instrumental set. Astonishingly good though they are, I still think he should team up with someone like Rachel Flowers and return to keyboards (and get in a great vocalist too).
Keith Emerson had a great respect for Jimi Hendrix and now, so many years after, we see that Carl Palmer also has a great respect for guitar music, promoting this prodigy boy of six strings.
Whaou...Bravo Bravo Bravo ...J'adore ELP depuis mon enfance 1972 je suis née en 1959 et mon avez sus me faire pleurer Merci Thanks for this music Yad whith respect....i am French ......Yad
All three band members are stone cold virtuosos. I love the guitar trio interpretation. I wonder if they do any Ginestera interpretations too. Hmmmm.....
I saw the ELP Experience in Peekskill,NY. GREAT Musicians. Not a full experience without keyboards. But good enough to entertain those who know the material. I met Carl at the meet and greet after the shoe. Very cool. He signed a copy of Brain Salad Surgery I gave to my ungrateful brother in law.
Thank you Carl Palmer🌟 the ELP Legacy Lives On!!!
I am Japanese. I am 63 years old. When I was 15, I listened to this music very hard . Carl palmer 's technic has developed. I respect him.
Well stated!
One of the greatest albums ever !...RIP Keith & Greg...you'll never be forgotten.

Very cool. Do you have any Japanese music, mostly in the genre, you recommend? Or any genre?
Thanks.
Superb playing all-round and a fitting homage to truly one of greatest bands of all time.
Trilogy is pure EPIC magestic Music

Good music is never too aged. Well, it is but for good reasons as we say in Portugal:- " like Port wine, the older always best".
Wow memories!
Agree. I tear 😢up often when listening to ELP. Their music brings so many fond memories of my youth with so many hours listening to them.
It's like listening to King Crimson, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Yes and Brand X all mixed into one
Переложить игру Кита на гитары очень сложно, но черт побери, спасибо за то, что они это сделали!
I've never learned to play the piano, but I'm working on a cover of this song right now. Very original and informative. I want to make a work that is as good as this performance! Thank you!
Wow a wild re-imagining of ELP Trilogy Bravo
great guitar arrangement
I wonder if the player arranged it himself, if so he might be a future legend
This is no arrangement, he is simply playing what Emerson played with his synthesizers.
Needless to say, he was spot on with the notes!
I can listen to this guitarist all day. I can see why Carl has chosen to perform with him. His meter is superb.
Carl Palmer is one awesome Drummer.!!!, Still hammering it out after all these years.!!!, Thanks for a being so very good.!!!
My much older brother in law got me into ELP when I was about 12 (1974). All my friends at school thought I was a freak. ha

Same. I'm female too which made them think I was even freakier.
Fantastic!! Paul reminds me of a young Steve Howe. Love their versions of the ELP songs!!! Saw them in Pennsylvania last year!
I still love your music, i'll love it forever!!
Went to one of Carl's shows. WOW!!!!
Had seen ELP a few times. Mind-blowing concerts!!!
Kudos to these kids for getting to play with Carl. They are (must be) quite talented musicians.
The title track from a sorely underrated and unappreciated album. I would take this album over any of their other studio album easily.
Yeah their best album. ❤
These players are SICK! But no keyboards? That took some courage and major skills! Who are these 2 players with Carl? Post up their names they deserve tons of fame. This guitarist, wow, unreal!
Paul Bielatowicz on guitar Simon Fitzpatrick bass . Paul's classical influence shows in every performance .
I'm sorry to learn two of the guys are sick. Well lets hope they get better soon.
The synth is a semi- key , good stuff eh? I wanted the band mates also and there they are below
I think Paul would be excellent on the Stick.
Agreed 100%. I really hope they feel better soon!
Damn these guys are amazing. ELP 2.0 Genius
I wasn't sure about this band, having grown up listing to ELP. But this was amazing. Thanks for posting!
This is F*cling mind blowing!!!
I’m speechless!!!😳😳😳
ELP music without keyboards , I was not sure , but now I'm sure , you and your young partners make a fantastic and amazing rendition of ELP music.
I agree, but disagree.
Next tour are virtual Greg's and Keith's.
For me keyboards were essential to ELP.

Carl still rushes the tempo....55 years of gigs and he still rushes the effing tempo
@@BattManion1979 Agreed. That was a huge source of contention in the band.
@@BattManion1979 Said the guy who was not on any of the albums or present when they were recordingor gigging. Jesus on a stick.
@@jpirard Doesn't matter , he still sucks. Jesus up your ass
So forgot this song, wonderful to hear it again.❤️
Liked this very much. Carl Palmer is still one of the best of all time. Nice take on this song with guitar replacing keyboards. I miss Greg Lake's vocals.
Holy moly. I knew Carl was great- this line up is 🤩.
Masters in Motion.
Hey, that’s a cool band name. 😊
I saw Carl around 20 years ago. He had just guitar and bass, as here. They played a brilliant instrumental set.
Astonishingly good though they are, I still think he should team up with someone like Rachel Flowers and return to keyboards (and get in a great vocalist too).
Brilliant!!!! I love it! :D
I can imagine the hours of rehearsal that went in to get it sounding this great!!!
I know this is straight up SICK, way beyond what would be expected without a keyboard!
Amazing trio and Paul Bielatowicz stole my attention. First time watch him playing with Neal Morse Band
One of the best of ALL TIME. What a pro!
WOW, Never Seen A Guitar Playing The Keyboard So Good, Pretty Amazing
Saw this lineup 4 times,never a disappointment
Carl, Paul and Simon. All friends and supporters of WorldProg. Honored to call these guys our friends.
Outstanding! ❤
A new version of one of my favorite songs.
Very impressive guitar and bass work!
Superb.

Absolutely Sensational, different take on original ELP. The music lives on
WOW!!😳🤯
This is so great..
Great rendition from piano to guitar. Works !
Mind blown!!!!
Thank you, very much, Carl.
Keith Emerson had a great respect for Jimi Hendrix and now, so many years after, we see that Carl Palmer also has a great respect for guitar music, promoting this prodigy boy of six strings.
Un friggin' believeable! These guys are incredible!
I think the guitarist might have played with Transatlantic with Neil morse
Whaou...Bravo Bravo Bravo ...J'adore ELP depuis mon enfance 1972 je suis née en 1959 et mon avez sus me faire pleurer
Merci Thanks for this music Yad whith respect....i am French ......Yad
los vimos en buenos aires, argentina , lo mejor q vuelvan
Eu ouço isso sempre e sempre penso: não é genial !?
Que músicos são os que criaram esse masterpiece.
Não vejo nada mais parecido hoje em dia.
Bless Keith and Greg...🖖
Just WOW!!
seen him twice (not counting ELP 3 times). once recently @ SOPAC and the other out in PA. great show!
Carl Palmer was the soul of ELP!
I think Greg Lake was!
Keith was the blood Carl was the sweat and Greg was the tears.
All three band members are stone cold virtuosos. I love the guitar trio interpretation. I wonder if they do any Ginestera interpretations too. Hmmmm.....
Ainda bem que existe isso , como é bom ouvir boa música. EXCELENTE.
I saw this show in Stowe Vermont. Incredible.
カール・パーマー、すげえな…もう(;゚Д゚)
Paul is a Genius!
carl palmer the best drummer ever for me
Almost...Bill and Neal scored higher for me.
I wish the guitar player was a little cleaner…Keith was next level with the fraises he created…so tight!
Probably, is the same trio i listened in Rome, many years ago: the guitarist is a Polish and the bassist is Dave Marks
Paul is fantastic. Carl is Legend.
Fantastic guitarist. Who is he . Think I've seen him with other prog bands
2:22
Look where Paul has his pick ready.....in between the pickup and the pickguard.....haha Brilliant idea Paul !!!
Amazing!
Fantastici!!!
juste fantastique de technique mise au profit de ce morceau en le respectant totalement !

Wow and what a talented guitarist who is he?
Que sonido puro! Maravilloso Carl! Y compañeros!
This young guitar guy could be Steve Howe's reincarnation...
Jamais esquecerei meu amado Greg Lack
The guitarist reminds me of a young Steve How
WTF?! This is insane.
Carl Palmer, last Giant in a world of dwarfs...
Saw this tour...maybe the next night.
Had to shake Carl's hand again.
Those of you who get the joke...
Yeah...This is pretty freaking Sweet...
That guitarist looks like he's having "a good day at the office!"
😎👍💗🇬🇧🥁🔥🎼💣🔊))GO CARL GO!!!
😎👍💗🇨🇭🔥🎼🔊)) PAISTE!!!
All I can say is amazing
Yeeeaaah, fantastic
But
Who is the old man there? He is very good. A promise
The old man is either Chris Tarrant or Carl Palmer after he learned to keep time reliably
he is carl palmer himself, drummer of ELP
@@verunaokumura4836 are you serious?
@@AlcorMoog why would i joke? iam serious
@@verunaokumura4836 I was ironic, OBVIOUSLY that man is Carl palmer
20K views and 521 thumbs up...??? Where's the two thumbs up and the love button?
The Guitarist reminds me of a young Steve Howe.
Oh wow he is like THE Palmer of the fantastic ELP band...
Carl is the goat of drums.
Wow, different without "keithboards". And yet it works, even though not so powerfully, so hey long live the recycled 70s!
Phenomenal!!!
I love Keith but holy cats!! Brilliant!!
Superb...
👍👏👏👏
Very good! When in Italy? :-)
Guitar player A Young more animated Steve howe
.... absolutely!
couldn't say it better.
Certainly more than capable but too fond of himself and his improvs do not impress musically, only technically.
Genial !!!😉🎶🙋😎😍
