    Ang refrigeration system kailangan ng liquid receiver at suction acumulator lalo't na medyo mahaba-haba ang line set. Liquid receiver should be use for TXV, not for cappiliary tube because during the off cycle or the system satisfied, refrigerant tend to migrate back and flooded the evaporator. Alam na natin ang suction accumulator is prevent liquid refrigerant get to the compressor, liquid can not be compressed and some of the compressor blow up. Kahit AC employ accumulator for the heat pump or mini split because during the heat mode, the outdoor coil becomes indoor coil, accumulator prevents liquid from entering the compressor. Residential AC not common to have liquid receiver and accumulator, kagaya sa AC system, and employ capillary tube as metering device. Depende kong papano mo explained bakit ang iba tatawagin nila na, evaporator as heat absorber, and whenever this heat being absorbed, heat will be rejected to the heat rejector or condenser. Ang refrigerant para bang sponge na water will be absorbed and you can squeeze water outside the house. Sa mga nakikinig sa presentation mo medyo di talaga nila maintidihan pa, if possible we don't wanna use a technician words, kailangan yung tinatawag na laymans term. Sa atin salita natin mga HVAC/R.       Bali Minsan kase dito sa factory matagal mag build up ung cooling coil. Bali sa set point ba sa condenser mag a adjust ? Pag nag i snow mabilis lumamig pero pag summer na matagal mag build.ung lamig ,😁 at concern ko Rin Po ung symbols ng HVAC device,equipment at fittings, ask ko lang po Kung Yung symbol ba ng mechanical pwde pag samahin sa piping and instrumentation diagram?

      Ung sensing valve po natin ang nag uutos kung mag bubukas ba o mag sasara ang expansion valve po dependi po sa demand na hinihingi ng evaporator natin.. ung equalizer naman po, kung mapapansin nyo nakakabit po xa sa evaporator natin. That means po tumutulong xa sa pagpabukas sa expansion valve base po sa pressure na nasa evaporator natin, at take note din po na ang pressure sa evaporator natin ay correspond on temperature po

      Noong nag-umpisa pa ako sa ganito na trabaho, i don't even know what is evaporator, condenser, metering device (TXV, EXV, Capilliary tube or piston type) is another language na matutunan natin kong nasa school kana or they HVAC/R lingo. Ganito ang nagyari sa refrigerant. sa residential AC, of course thermostat are cooling and that will send 24 Volts your condenser na nan doon ang compressor, at the same time you green wire on the thermostat send power to your air handler na doo ang evaporator. Now as the compressor keep compressing the refrigerant, comes out as a high temp high pressure vapor state, and that fillled it up your condenser coils. Ngayon ang fan mo sa condenser are on rejecting heat and becomes high temp, high pressure liquid and travelled to liquid line or discharge line. Refrigerant travels to the liquid filter drier followed by moisture indicator sight glass, then goes to the metering device, either TXV, Capilliary tube, piston type, and most of the time technician called it as metering device. Refrigerant will be restricted and becomes low temperature low pressure liquid, and this time the refrigetant will abosorbed heat from the condition spaces and becomes a low temperature low pressure vapor. If your system using a TXV you use a superheat, TXV are controlling the superheat, or capilliary tube, goes by the subcooled. Low temp low pressure vapor refrigerant goes back to the compressor until the system satisfied and the thermostat will end the cycle. Evporator is heat absorber, condenser is heat rejector, TXV, Capilliary tube, piston type is pressure reducer. Magandang mga katanungan mo at huwag kang mahihiya, sa atin meron mga school of refrigeration and Air Conditioning shop, and hopefully at the school will provide more equipment and qualified instructor because that is the main quality of the school can attract more students. Good luck for quest as HVAC/R= Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration technicians. Once you are on the real world, means on the jobsite by yourself, everything you've learned from the school, job training, working with company dyan sa Pinas, baka magiging magaling din na instructor.

    Sir ung aicin ko sa car mahina lamig..sa out ng evap..wala din natulo fun sa drain sa ibaba ..pero dun sa line ng tube sa comp..makakas ang lamig dun -dun xa malakis pumawis at magtulo ng tubig..parang d xa gaano makabuga sa evap...ano kaya prob.isa pa ung fan ay sa radiator 2 nakakabit...iniicip ko lagyan ng manipis na fan sa harap ng condenser...peter qc.manila

    Master sana mapansin nyo. After compressor High pressure high temperature vapor refrigerant flow into inlet of condenser then the condenser is to remove the laten heat wil be come a liquid, so pag lumabas na po yung refrigerant sa outlet ng condenser ang pressure po ang lalabas high pressure high temperature liquid ref. Po ba? Or high pressure Low temperature liquid ref. Na po sya? sana po masagot nyo salamat ,dito po kasi ako nagugulohan sa condenser

      High pressure sub cooled liquid po sir.. ang liquid temperature po natin jan ay below saturation. Para sa akin po sir, ang correct term po ay, HIGH PRESSURE SUB-COOLED LIQUID .. minsan kc sa mga term na ginagagamit tau nalilito.. salamat po..

      Hi sir rolitz, kung karga po ang pag uusapan sa aircon, dipindi po yan sa capacity ng aircon mo po. At kung para sa akin naman po, may nameplete po ang bawat aircon at nakalagay po jan ang amount ng freon na kilangan mong ikarga po. In oz or kilo po.yan po pinaka accurate.

      How qualified you are telling Reftech some mistakes he made, can you please point out what area, if he miss something that doesn’t mean the person are wrong. Salute this kind of person showing and sharing his knowledge to the public, I been watching his presentation and is not for me correct him if he miss something. Just ignore people who can only see small infractions and didn’t see how did you donate your time for free.       If you see something better than everybody have your channel loaded with what you are doing on HVAC/R and shared it, let us see how do you present yourself using proper technician lingo. You can just say you missed something and pen point which part that way he can go back and made some corrections, or you can make a recommendations to make it the right way.
