If you notice any streaking or smearing on your windscreen, chattering or noisy operation of your wiper blades and assembly, physical wear or damage to the blades themselves -- it's time to change your wiper blades!
Damage can be in the form of frayed or torn wiper blades, or excessive movement, corrosion or frame deterioration to the actual wiper assembly.
Changing wiper blades might look easy but it can be a little frustrating if you've never done it before. If you prefer some assistance then ask in your local Supercheap Auto store as we have a range of fitment services.

This is the replacement for the 'easy' backing blade. What about the 'bastard' backing blade with the two metal reinforcement strips that eventually start sliding out DESPITE lining up the locking claw with the notch in the rubber?
sooo manly isnt it..🤣😂.....fk me....sooo fkng frustrating....i cant even 🤣😂
Thank you (For the first 1:50 of the video at least not sure what came after with that flex thing)! Every single video on UA-cam seems to be of American wipers, nothing like ours & entirely unhelpful. Just wanted to know whether to pull or push from the clip end, shouldn’t have taken bloody 20min to figure out 😂
Its a rubbish video with a F'n clown.
Thats great but you have it on back to front.. the clip should go at the bottom of the wiper lol
You sure about that? Every single car I’ve owned has had them at the top.
@@JakeDemuss-90216 thanks for the explanation, all my cars were used though so it seems like everyone else in Australia is just as stupid as me lol.
This only discusses changing the blades, not the entire arm assembly. Please correct the title.
How come every time after I replaced the refill, it makes squeaky noise and leaving scratchy mark on the windshield when it was on??
the squeky noise is probably just normal but if it is scratching maybe it inst the right size, that is all I could guess
Told me jack shit

No glory to Russia, idiot. Russia and China. The world hates you authoritarian dictatorships. Leave your neighbours alone.
idiotic video. why would you buy new blades and use an old part of assembly. More disinformation from supercheapauto- avoid them they are never any help in their stores
Seems like the instruction is to look at the adapter from the old assembly so you can make sure that it matches the new one.
Why would you need an entirely new assembly?
@@Killer_snail ....sometimes its 'just' fn easier.....i swear.....🤣😂
yeah why buy a cheap easy to replace consumable! just buy a new car every six months, duh silly cheap-out solutions.
