BTW: After Julio got fired, she re-hired him after the rescue was done and Taffer left. He was in the same ilk as "Smilin' Ed" with no cares in regards to cleanliness or taking any form of responsibility for his actions as a chef.
I cooked when I was younger and I can’t imagine a kitchen with no communication. It couldn’t work. I’d probably have got physical with him out of frustration. You can’t work like that.
@@codywarren5867you couldn’t be any more right. I’ve worked at a local fast food 2 location joint. The one location is in a tourist town so we get super busy at certain times during the summer. Without communication crap falls apart especially during super busy times. Even when we are not busy we still have to tell the grill if we need an order of grilled onions or mushrooms etc, etc. If we needed crispy chicken (aka chicken tenders for a sandwich we have to communicate that to the person on fry’s). During busy times the person working grill doesn’t have time to look what needs to be drop on the grill. Too many orders are already cooking for them to have time to constantly check the order board. Instead it’s just easier for someone else in the kitchen to communicate and call things out.
So many owners revert the changes that Taffer makes and it's just like... Do you care so little about your business that you just wanted the TV time so you could get your 15 minutes of fame? Reminds me of GR and Kitchen Nightmares because of similar issues
She hires back the idiot who was screwing up her kitchen - she's destined to fail again! Sad because Jon spent all that time and money the first time to fix her bar. There won't be a second time! Jon don't redo stupidity!!!
@@amethyphoenix- It's almost like they just aren't learning from their mistakes, and just go back to doing what didn't work then and still doesn't work!! Then they try to get him to come back and fix it again! Jon rarely does second chances!! Especially if they just blatantly ignore everything he taught them!! Why go through the frustration again when they just ignored what you taught them the first time! It just shows that they're not worth the time and effort you put into it!! And we all know he puts a LOT of money into these bars!!! Stupid is as stupid does!!

Yeah I've noticed that too, they're getting bartenders by quantity instead of quality. Which on paper I see why that seems like a good idea but in execution it really can bring down the bar service.
