As a delivery driver, I do notice some workers can be rude or have an attitude. Most of the time, I ignore it, but if it is overly rude, disrespectful behavior, this warrants the need to discuss this with the supervisor, manager or business owner. We just want to do our jobs and make sure the orders are correct. More businesses should require ongoing customer service training. Please don't let their negative attitudes bother you too much. You are one of the best delivery drivers!

Another great video! I like the white box because it would be possibly easier for other drivers to see? If I were to get a new box, I would have it painted/wrapped with glow in the dark paint. Or maybe all the panels glow in the dark?
Thing is, not all people are "morning people" which obviously makes various moods for different peeps you'll encounter imo man. Some might be going through alot of grief etc. we just don't know...maybe they're just a moody guts lol. But it's good you carry on remaining positive, sometimes a moody person can even smile a little after meeting someone who's genuinely being happy/positive and shows some respect when talking even the small "Hiya. Hope you have a nice day" can really make a big difference in someone's day man! And glad you calmed down the coffee..know exactly what you went through as had a mini heart attack from too many energy drinks in the past so definitely learnt a valuable lesson about overdoing caffeine and about.... MODERATION lol.
